Been lurking on the server(s) for a while and thought i'd introduce myslef. Longtime ArmA player that almost exclusively do helicopter flying outside the milsim gamplay with the community i'm in. You'd probably catch me lurking in TS or in the lobby waiting for a pilot slot
 
I might not be the most flamboyant helipilot, since i tend to fly in a "realistic" way. Don't expect any acrobatics, but safe inserts (mostly).

Hello Askar, welcome lad. Hope to see you out on the field soon! Just make sure to point the gun at the baddies and we will get along :D

Create a trigger on the bridge an in the onactivation field add something along the lines of:

In my opinion, discipline is something you learn whilst playing along with some other things. ACE medical basics at most, go in depth if people want to train for medic. 
 
Last thing, don't make the sessions longer than 40 minutes or longer with breakers so people will retain their focus and remember more of what is said.

Why (in your personal opinion) should your ban be lifted? Because I had a dream an hour ago that I've been banned for 10 months from the server, so I thought it'd be better to request an appeal to reduce my ban sentence. And this is my favourite server. And I won't do it again.

A lot easier would be to use Revo's 3DEN Enhanced for a moment, and edit the Load Coefficient. That way, you could also edit each unit / role individually.
E.g. While a regular rifleman has a load coefficient of 1, an autorifleman would be trained to run around with some extra weight on his body, so his coefficient could be 0.8. In the end, because of the way ArmA uses a single stamina level regardless of role (AFAIK !!), they'd both have the same amount of stamina in the field.
 

@Patrik_swe the drive through is seen on the third picture, bottom left corner. And yes, the base is made so that NV isnt required to go around.

Filtering out pilot TKs shouldn't be too much of an issue because you can just check if the killer was a pilot. The pilot slots would obviously be a backdoor for unpunished TKing as far as the script is concerned, but then again, staff visits the servers on a daily basis to solve pilot (competency) issues.

- What do you mean with point 1? Seriously, I have no. Clue with what you mean with it.
- I am happy with number 2,3 and 5. However , That the squad leader gets a bonus could be abused by making 1 man private squads.
- 6 Could be used to farm points and quickly get those assets going after a restart.
- Do not limit assets, if Zeus notices that armor is rolling mission after mission, they can drop in some AT. It also runs into the first come - first serve problem.
- For the spawnables, remove the wipeout. It will destroy everything with a proper pilot and someone with a laser designator. Also the darter, no just no. A UAV operator can get infinite amounts of those. If you allow others to use them, than the only ones that could really use them are:
 
- Lone snipers
- a spotter with a sniper
- an FSG gunner
- a wild scar who wants to make sure nothing gets out alive.
 
- I suggest adding a supply drop to the list, each with different cargo that you can choose from. Only preset loadouts, no custom. The supply drop would parachute down at your location, but wind can blow it to somewhere inaccessible thus proper placement is required.

Despite being now part of the staff (kinda), even I don't know what to do if such thing would happen. Yes it sucks that you worked 30 minutes hard on the side mission, yes it sucks when you get your favorite verhicles stolen from you ( I had to race to get my favorite chopper, the Huron ). But plugging a missile in someone's ass isn't the way to go, unless it is CSAT, you can do whatever you want with them.
 
Newbie, veterans, staff, everyone should have the decency to atleast listen to your request. If that person was me, I would have driven the tank Infront of you after a full service. Unfortunately, we are here on the internet and some people just want to be a giant a******.
 
What is even worse, is that a DONATOR tried to provoke you into killing him, A DONATOR for Christ sake.This is a giant shame, it paints the other donators as pricks that think that they can do whatever they want.
 
I am personally disgusted of the facts.

Maybe just make the first spawn of the reward at the side mission location, at least someone who is actually there at completion would take it for the first ride.
 
ps the "only idiots play in eu#1 because it is public" mentality is way below any standards of the human realm imo ...

I kicked you telling you to practice in the editor. When I dragged you to the channel I was in you were adamant that you were a competent pilot yet you struggle to land the chopper and crashed multiple times. 

@MurkyOwl, as I veteran I must advise against rushing into ranked. You will get paired up and against previous season platinums, diamonds and golds who want their rank back. You will either get carried into a rank which you cannot maintain yourself or you will be dropped near bronze where you might pickup alot of bad habits.
 
 
My advice is just to play casual until you hit 70-75, at which point you should be able to get through ranked without any real problems.

It looks pretty good. However, the size kind of worries me. If it is near stratis size the AO's should be updated, either making em smaller or fusing multiple AO's into one better AO.

Why do you think you were banned? In short, i was flying a chopper and a fellow thanked me for a ride by saying "Thank you my man". I replied in direct chat "maa nigga" after which I was banned for racisism and now cannot join back in.

Because using the word "nigga" cannot be considered as racism. I'd understand if I was calling people "niggers" in side chat (although even still going as far as saying that that is racism might be pushing it). Anyway, I wholeheartedly agree that racism should not be tolerated in any shape or form. But being banned for being a racist after using a word you have blacklisted is just....ehm.... odd

If I use a sentence: ' "nigga" is a word used to generally describe African-American people. It can also be used when talking about friends even if they are not African-American" then am a racist? Am I promoting hate speech? Am I offending someone? No, I'm simply using a word which you seem to think is offensive. I'm sorry, but it's just a word that I happened to use. I was NOT being offensive. I was NOT being racist and I certainly did NOT promote hate speech. And lastly I could NOT have known that you have blacklisted specific words which will automatically lead to a BAN. You have NOT mentioned this anywhere. Had I known this I would not have used it and we would not be in this mess.

In short, I did not break any rules, but based on your logic I'm now a racist and a promoter of hate speech.

I do not mean to be an annoyance, but free speech and racism are both matter which I take extremely seriously. What you are doing is acting like a totalitarian society and simply won't accept it.

IF for some odd reason my ban will still remain then at least give me to courtesy of telling how long this ban is.

Edit: to me this is bigger than just a ban on some random Arma 3 server. It's about free speech and racism. That is why I'm taking all this time to post this here again.
