Despite not being a part of AhoyWorld anymore I was shocked when I first heard this news. I knew Oderus for the 3 or so years I was here, he was always somebody you could have fun with, whether it be in games or just chilling in the Teamspeak server. We played plenty of games together; Arma, Squad, Project Cars etc. Of course we had our little disagreements, like anybody does (mostly in Project Cars) but we'd both always come back and jump right back into the game and be as friendly as ever. 
 
I hadn't spoken to him recently but I think there are certain people you come across in life that you don't forget, for some reason they just stand out and stay with you, I think for a lot of people here that knew him, Oderus was and always will be one of those people.
 
You'll be missed Oderus, keep on being awesome wherever you are.

So I can't really vote in this as I missed most of 2016 which really means I should totally win the "AW most absent staff member 2016:" category. Not least of all because I was so absent I am no longer even staff

AhoyWorld Winter Race League ‘16
  This league we're going to be trying a few different things to our previous ones. Firstly the game is different. Secondly, we are now using a sprint and endurance race combo. Do not worry we still plan to keep races to a maximum of one hour per session. So both races will be within that time slot.

    Regulations
  -Two Races per week, one sprint(~10mins 4 laps) and one endurance race. Which will be a reverse grid of the sprint race finish. So leader at the back and last place at the front.(~20mins 8-10 laps)
-Lapped cars must give way to cars on lead lap.
-You are allowed to change cars 1 time during the season.
-All assist are allowed except racing line and auto braking.       
         Rules
  -NO intentional crashing of any kind.
-NO intentional brake checking.
-NO corner cutting.
-Driver in front ALWAYS has the right of way.
-Passing is not permitted off track. Positions must be given back if gained.
-Too many "racing incidents" may result in penalty/disqualification.
-Do not reenter the track in an unsafe manner.
-You must wait until all cars go by before entering the track.

Are you able to post your UID here please (If you don't want it in public view message it to me). With that I shall be able to confirm your entry in the ban list and remove it if the information you have supplied and our records match up.

Seeing as you decided to create yet another appeal (your 2nd one today) after being told repeatedly not too I am going to confirm my decision.
 
Despite posting numerous appeals you failed to fully admit or own up to the majority of things you did. Not only that but the fact you cannot wait a couple of days for a decision to be made without obsessively re-posting the same thing has only confirmed to me that you cannot follow the simplest of requests from admins, even after being banned...
 
After reading the chat logs, viewing footage of the lead up to your ban, along with what has occurred here on the forums subsequent to the in-game ban I have decided that at this time the permanent ban will remain.

I can say with almost 99% certainty that this will not happen. Reason being is simple. 
 
In the time I have been here (roughly 2 and a half years) we have run an Altis Life server 3 times, each of those times a tonne of work goes into it, a handful of community members play on there for about a month or two and then it sits empty until it eventually gets shut down again. At this point, with the other things that our staff team have to concentrate on both here in the community and IRL, I think you will struggle to find one that is willing to give up/has the time needed to get an Altis Life server started and subsequently maintained.
 
Of course I could be totally wrong and there might be an admin who has been waiting for this very opportunity!
 
I appreciate you coming to the forums to share your ideas for the community though

With Squad arriving on Steam at 08:00 GMT Tomorrow it’s with pleasure that we announce we already have two Squad servers up  and running.
 
Capitana (US) and Flagship (EU) have been live since the start of the weekend. We will still be playing with the slot amounts but we’re looking over the 60 marker.
