Ive seen so many videos of Rust pop up lately - been thinking of buying it all week
 

I find a lot of this quite upsetting to read, while I won't call you wrong I need to point oit a few things, I receive in the region of 5 PMs and per day, many I can't deal with at the time I receive them as I work away during the week, a lot of the time I'll read it and intend to reply to it later and a lot of the time I'll forget. @Josh and @zissou will be able to attest to how easily distracted I can be. Secondly you know my personal policy on posts, so long as it doesn't break the rules it stays, criticise the community as much as you like but so long as you can stay within the rules it can stay, to suggest we would modify it to our agenda is insulting to me. I've never ever set out to have a member banned, the first time I ever actually spoke to you was in the gamenight with luetin 3 days ago, I had some criticism of your squad leading but that's as far as it goes, for the sake of the community if I ever end up doing what you've said I'll remove myself. I understand this was made in the heat of the moment but if you want to make a new appeal or send any more information you are free to do so, if you want to add anything you can pm it to me and I can post it here.

The current iteration of the ruleset has been in place for at least for at least 4 months and before that there was a similar ruleset. Maybe you're new and dont know about that - but then again you should have read them to play on EU3. If you want to dick about please go else where as you will just end up spoiling play on the server for others.

Anyways back to rule enforcement  - we have recently increased the size of the Eu3 moderator team which is why you might see the enforcement of rules more, in my mind it's a good step and if you cant act like an adult and play by the rules on this wonderful free server (TY donators) then quite frankly you can go elsewhere.
 
As for the allegations of Staff misconduct how are we supposed to monitor/ rectify it if it isnt reported? I personally havent seen any as of yet, and i dont want it to happen as it negatively affects the player's/community's preception of our staff. Any allegations can be made to whoever you want - even me i'm impartial and have not been around for a bit due to work - i don't know the recent history. 
 
Unfounded allegations are shit stirring and TBH i support David when he says "Say something or you're stirring the pot." and if this childish "I'm not a snitch" rubbish comes out and you DO NOT WANT to help the community by reporting misconduct then you have been given the cake now eat it or go away.
