Very quick and simple, in your install folder for arma you will find a few different executeables, select arma3battleye.exe and pop this into additional parameters:

This is probably a question you yourself might have asked in the last 3-4 weeks and ill try to adress that in this post.
Dev work is not dead, I just had to take a breather as constantly working on one thing makes you grov sick after a while so I spent more time making my car ready for the summer and putting in more effort at work in  regards to overtime etc.
 
Current state of Gauntlet is that im waiting for 3.0.0 of ace tho there is one build using a grabbed github version tho im not too keen on putting that up as it might bring alot of broken gameplay mechanics. Also i need to get some of the functions from the mod to rewrite some of the missions that were dependent on some AGM functionality.
 
Else ive started revamping the base looks to look like a more permanent base(some changes where put in with .19)
 
All in all you guys should know that the development is not dead, just put on a slight hold until ACE3 comes out =)

Today I received a lovely newsletter regarding the progress of DCS 2.0 and other projects.
 
Included was promising information of the multiplayer system changing including the ability to multicrew an aircraft. Working on the L39 themselves, DCS has has to develop the techniques for multicrew although they say it is not yet clear whether this feature will be available upon release of the Albatros.
 
There was also news regarding the Las Vegas map, Black Sea map and the straight of Hormuz map. They mentioned in particular they've been adding UI improvements to help transition to these maps in the editor but other than that lots of other menial stuff i doubt you guys would care about!
 
Combined Arms is receiving a face lift and work on the F18 has turned towards modelling air-ground radar logic. work on the spitfire is also mentioned although nothing specific.

Depens on budget etc, personally got the Sennheiser PC350SE and very pleased with it not a big bass sound but very crisp clear on mid and high tones + 150Ω capable so can be used with amps if needed/wanted. 

looking nice so far and looks like u had plenty of fun

this is true people go play dressup doll way too much (i know i mess around a bit but not too much). just make loadouts if your familiar with the gear and get ready for action.

yes for interview : i think you shouldn't limit the access but if you see a new guy talk him through and ask him his experience with arma and the different roles. if needed advice for changes or if we got a shooting range later on take him there and let him practice there so he can feel confident in the field as well.
 
3-4 slots : sure you can go for others but it is probably best to focus on 3-4 roles that you can fill for example i'm a decent auto-rifleman and AT though i don't mind practicing medic some more.
 
1 camo : this is not really needed for normal weekdays but would be better for gamenights so it is just that little bit easier.
 
optional training : some training is never bad to have. This can also remind you of things you didn't know or forgot. Also practice on movement as a fireteam/squad is allways good to do just like room/building clearing practice.
 
more custom mission : This choice is more for gamenights it will be fun to get out of the same old patrol ops on gamenights
