Brief Summary:
Last week, we took our first steps onto Stratis. We have now conquered the Southern area of the island, and we must continue North. We have set up in Camp Maxwell, and we are now looking to further overthrow AAF as we move North. It has been a week, therefore we can expect AAF to be much more defensive and stronger in numbers, as they are now aware of our presence on the island.
First, we will take the coastal base of Camp Tempest. after that we slowly work our way North, liberating observation posts, Mike-26, and a mortar base. After this we will need to destroy CSAT communication towers, to stop them calling in air reinforcements. Lastly we will take Camp Rogain as our final FOB, as we look to do our final push into Stratis Air Base next week.

This one is a lot more chaotic than the Blackfish guide, but I decided to keep it that way as it impresses the need to multitask on UAV, rather than editing it up into self contained chunks. This is purely a functional guide, so it does not describe the expected communication between players, I felt that is something best left to the individual, to learn with, and also does not describe the full extent of the UAV tricks. (such as abusing Darters and datalink to your squad) I was tempted to add them but I already knew this was gonna be a long vid as it was...
I know this is going to be out of date real quick with I&A4, but I also got the impression that this may give some of the guys who are less familiar with the UAVs an idea of how the role works, and the multitasking nature of it, which maybe helps with balancing/testing whatever comes out of the role in I&A4.

I am currently building a Guerrilla campaign, which will focus on defeating the corrupt government forces and outside invaders in order to free the country.
Your rag tag bunch of rebels will start with little but as your faction grows you will gain access to more resources and assets.
The question is which map would people prefer as you the players are the ones going to be playing.
The choices are Malden or Livonia.
Benefits of Malden are that is free and everyone can play, Livonia has massive forests that would fit this style of play.
Choice is yours,

Like you said Livonia fits a guerilla type campaign much better because of all the ambush opportunities we will have access to, the cover needed for such operations and it will fit the whole guerilla theme. Malden is just to damn open for such a type of campaign and there isnt much ambush opportunities to be had which most knows is an integral part of being a guerilla rebel group. Seems most people agree with this too.

Hi guys,
Shactac have messed up the upload for STUI. There is an easy fix though.
Navigate to:
SteamLibrary\steamapps\workshop\content\107410\498740884\addons
In this folder delete all the 1.2.4.bisign files
Then go to:
SteamLibrary\steamapps\workshop\content\107410\498740884\keys
Then delete the 1.2.4.bikey
And all should be good to join EU2 for the zeus op!
EU1 will work once restarted in the AM

@Minipily Yea it will be the more organised style that we have seen on EU2 for the Zeus missions. I will be giving a brief beforehand and it will be down to the platoon lead and their squad leads to complete the mission.

Attached is a small SQF snippet to update Arsenal loadouts that has the "novoice" set in the identity element. Copy the contents into the debug console and run it locally. It reports profilename and voice used to the .rpt as default. Set the variable '_fix' to 'true' to actually allow the code to make any changes. I've tested it and worked fine for me, but i do encurage you to backup your profile before allowing any changes. Provided as is, i won't be responsible for any misshaps as a resault of running this fix.

Brief Summary:
In Recent News, we have discovered that the Government Of Stratis has been overthrown in a coup by the AAF. They have taken over the entire island, creating FOB's, strongholds, communication towers and much more. The United Nations have contacted NATO to seek help, to bring the government of Stratis back to power, and to restore stability on the island.
We will start on the liberty, and deploy ourselves on the most southern point of the island. Our first primary aim will be to Liberate the observation post, which is how AAF may spot our inital insertion onto the island. From there we will have a variety of tasks, such as Attacking their military docks, Rescuing captured CTRG Forces, and taking Camp Maxwell as a first FOB, to which we will then resume our progress the following week.

Was a fun mission. My first time leading a squad, I hope it was not too terrible to serve in Bravo tonight - I'm afraid my leadership was weak.
I also hope that you didn't hear my keyboard too much, I apologise for that.
I believe that the difficulty setting and amount of enemies was more fun during last week's mission; I think it's just more fun to have longer lasting firefights and engagements.
Today was a lot more laid back engagement-wise for me (and all of Bravo squad I think).
Having a platoon element was defenitely good, the downside to me personally was increased command chatter and decreased situational awareness (regarding both the strategic and the tactical situation), but I think that with more iterations the benefit of having that big picture coordinator will start to show more and more.
Big issue for me was people who were not on TeamSpeak. It split the squad. Those who were on TS and just listened without talking were doing just fine (@Jenkins for example), but those who JIP'd and never joined TS were quite the problem. I used TS and not the ingame group chat for squad management, so everybody who was not on there didn't really know what was going on and what to do, especially tragic with @pepeNS who JIP'd into the vacant Bravo medic slot but as far as I know didn't join TS and thus was very difficult to coordinate with - working two chats was very taxing, working three chats - one of which is redundant for most of my players - would have been one too much. For me at least. But maybe I'm just not made to be a squad leader.
Not sure if making TS presence a requirement would be the solution though, after all these missions are supposed to be less difficult to join and more public and vanilla.
We also might want to consider mixing the more experienced players with the less tactical ones to even the squads out a bit.
