So it turns out that many of you don't like the new TS Tags, and that's fair.  This is a classic case of starting with a small task (fix the AWE moderator tag) that snowballed into a larger task (design something that makes sense across all the icons) and exploded into a big thing (create a whole new theme).
 
And it was done in isolation, assuming that it was such a small thing that no one would care or perhaps even notice.  Boy was I wrong!
 
So, here's how I'd like to go forward from here:
 
1) We'll go back to the older tags for now.
2) I'd like to start a design competition where everyone can submit their concepts for what new tags could be, with an actual prize.
3) When people have made submissions, we'd submit them to a vote, in addition to the current legacy tags.
4) If a new set of tags is chosen by majority vote, that person would win the actual prize. If the old legacy tags are chosen, then a random person who submitted tags will win.
 
and in general, any changes to all aspects of the site, no matter how small, will be conducted with consultation. I appreciate that you people care about how we do things here, and if you didn't, it wouldn't be the great place that it is.

I am running a discord server for me and friends and it is starting to expand rather quickly. This made me realize that our current logo is... non existant.
I am looking for someone that is adept in usage of graphical programs and my question is to that person if they can design a new logo.
 
To that person, you are completely free in your choices, but NSFW content is not even gonna be looked at (just gonna point that out now),

The above is a brachistachrone, not only do the objects all arrive at the same time regardless of their starting position this route is  the quickest from A to B, a straight line although the shortest distance will not accelerate enough to arrive first, the opposite side of the scale is a curve that drops too steeply at the start to gain acceleration is not a short enough distance to arrive first. This curve was derived from a point on the edge of a circle rolling along a base....it's kinda hard to describe but easy to see

I`ve decided to step down from the role of an admin to a regular member/player, purely out of personal reasons. I`ll drop all the boring details behind this decision, the only thing I`ll add is, it has not been made over-night.
 
I`ve had a lot of fun, I`ve met a lot of new people, a lot of great people. I want to thank Staff (new and old - yes, you Raz) for giving me a chance to contribute to the community, be a part of its leadership. I hope we`ve all learned things together, in good or bad times, and I have no regrets.
 
I`ll stay around, just as a regular player and user.

Pardon me for being late in saying this, but it's about time :3

I understand you get frustrated by people "stealing" the vehicle, especially when you have load of your stuff loaded in it, I has happened to me as well. I do warn people not to steal vehicles, but sometimes it`s hard to track that. Either way, it is no reason/excuse to decide to take matters in your hands.
 
As you said, contacting a Zeus or a admin would have been the best thing to do. I am glad you took a day or two to think about it and not post a angry ban appeal.

We have a new music bot on TeamSpeak now, under the "MusicBot" channel under the Donator channel. It tells you what is currently playing in the channel chat or you can type !playing
 
Guests can't do anything to the bot. Only enjoy the music
Members can download youtube Music using !qyt <Youtubeurl> (This adds it to the queue and plays it when the previous songs have finished)
Donators can download off youtube, this is stored on the server for future selection by members. (!ytdl <youtube URL> , this is instant and will overwrite the queue) Donators can also use the !next , !previous and !stop commands
 
These are the commands the bot will respond to depending on your server group
 
!next will skip to the next song
.next is for voting for the next song (you need 51% or more channel members to vote in favour).
!previous Will select the previous song in the playlist
!search will search files which are downloaded to the bot.
!queue  resume queue playback.
!queue <searchstring / uuid> enqueue a track by its id or search for a track and enqueue the first match.
!queuenext <searchstring / uuid> prepend a track by its id or search for a track and prepend the first match to the queue.
!qyt <youtube url> will line up a youtube song in the queue.
If you don't have access to some of these commands it's probably because you're not part of the right server group; inquire with MessedUpSmiley for further info.

Ima sketch you the events out like it happend just today,i dont care if you read it or skip it cause your attention span (this is a assumption,in case you dont get the difference) isnt capable of reading it all.
I came back from side mission and decided to not go base to restock as i still got 60% supplies and headed towards AO (south of Agios) and i took a shortroad towards a higher position,breaking my front tires in the process - stopping my Hunter at the beginning of the hillslope.
Swapped my AA gear for AT (2 AT,1 AP,1 loaded in tube) and proceeded upwards the hill with 6km/h on foot (weight restriction).AO just spawned 3min ago so i expected to help on cutting enemy AA as i noticed the Hellcat coming at 4-50m height around the hill on my 11 pos.It flew over me and put 1-2 salvos around my Hunter without hitting it.
Proceeding up the hill ... scanning for the Hellcat each 10sec.
The second i arrive at the hillslope top she s back and nailing me dead on.
A single soldier 70m off his vehicle,with 19 points on scorelist gets targeted.
Believable,right.
Even better,hitting up the statistics (ingame) it reveals i got killed by Amentes.The ZEUS at this moment.
For no fkking reason as to cut me off. (see,another assumption)
Loaded me Hunter at base again,going for side mission,stopping near old base @ harbor between containers to be safe from (expectable) enemy artillery rounds,going for desktop,typing the above,coming back and witnessing this:

 
Funny thing is,there s a 2nd Hunter on my rear end.
Fine,not gonna stop me - moving on to side mission (which i engaged 30min before,not finishing it as at that time MeryQue and some other pub was on it and i expected them to clear it out.They didnt,so i got there a 2nd time.
Noticing a 2nd pub team coming for side and decided to just recon and call out enemies for em once they arrive.
Scouting via HMG,20sec later a single shot takes out my HMG gun.No other shots.Just this one.
And you cant reservice that damage being done by a teammember (ZEUS) on the fly,the base service wont fix it by default,either it gets destroyed or you deal FF to it a 2nd time to override the 1st FF damage and then it services.
You see,that alone is a useless waste of my gaming time and,as i quoted on page 1 of this thread is clearly vs the rules set by AHOY yourself.
 
I made this thread in hope that AHOY staff would acknowledge and work on that to give it a bit more structure and clean decicions that can be agreed by everyone.
