Hello,
The EU#3 steering committee asked me to organize a Community Meeting. This will take place coming Friday (21st) at 19:00 GMT so if you're in any sense involved or interested in (the future of) EU#3; I suggest you attend it. The Steering Committee will also be present for questions.

Hello everyone,
I'm proud to announce that after a lot of hard work @BACONMOP has finished I&A 3.
I&A 3 will be the successor the the current I&A (2) that's running on the servers and has lots of different and new features such as a new medical system, the side missions now being linked to the current AO , a few "take-over-able" AO's and some nice things to do with the points you've scored playing.
We are planning on releasing it live this Sunday (23rd) at 15:00 GMT after which it can be played on EU#1 and EU#2 on Altis and Tanoa respectively. During it's launch we hope that as many of you as possible can come on the Teamspeak 3 server and enjoy the refreshing new gameplay together.
Before its release we would also like to make time for a community meeting specifically about I&A 3, where you can listen to how it works; but can also ask questions, which don't necessarily have to be about I&A 3; but could also be about AhoyWorld itself.
The staff present will then try their best to answer their questions or when unclear get back to you with an answer at a later time.
This meeting would start and half an hour in front of the launch and would be from 14:30 till 14:55. Feel free to pop in at any time, but questions asked a second time will probably not be answered again; so it would be wise to show up from the start.
Feel free to GET HYPE down below and hopefully we will see you all this Sunday.

I see how people get frustrated, but as Chuck said; the Spartans are pretty new to the multiplayer side of stuff and involving the player's emotion in their enhancement.
Whenever you feel like something is off or not going how it should be going; feel free to engage in a debate with the Spartan in question and share your vision/ideology with him. Don't go around the person and put up a public topic proving your point and how the other person is wrong, that only escalates the situation.
If talking to them changes their way positively; give yourself a pat on the back.
If they refuse to listen or change - or are being generally over-abusive or breaking rules; feel free to send me a PM as I'm currently in charge of the Spartan Program.Please refrain from negative comments as the new Spartans are pushed to the limit already with the change that is facing them - no one like to be called bad at something after just having started doing it.
If you feel like someone is wrong in real life, do you not sort out your differences face to face instead of going behind the person's back to prove your point?

Hello there AhoyWorld,
Benjamin Levine will be hosting a mission on our Enhanced server:
When: Saturday October 22, 19:30 GMT or 15:30 EDT
Mods: EU#3 standard mods
Player Count: 38 Russians
Loadouts: Limited arsenal
Mission Length: Around 90 minutes
JIP: No.
Set up will be 30 minutes before mission start so we can get the mission on properly and everything we can make it as smooth as possible for everyone, this means you have to be there 30 minutes in front yet as assigning slots will take place around 19:15 GMT / 15:15 EDT.
Mission briefing:
At the end of a bloody civil war between the Chenarus Defense Force and the Russian military the CDF are on their last leg and are awaiting a possibly pivotal resupply. As a Russian mechanized unit push into the city of Elektrozavodsk destroy the shipment and finish the fight in the name of Mother Russia!

As long you sign-up and have the mods properly installed beforehand so you don't cause issues pre-mission there is no reason why you can't participate.

- CAS aircraft are a reward object and will therefor only spawn in the reward zone. We have had CAS aircraft on spawning in the past, but this feature was removed.
- As I said on the other thread, there really is no rush for this as I&A 3 will bring an improved spawn.
- We have had defense missions in the past and I'm pretty sure they are still a parameter we could toggle on at mission restart, but they were a bit of a pain in the arse.
- Let's see what the mission maker thinks about it, but it's pretty realistic and could be implemented if you ask me.
- We've had numerous discussions on whitelisting the pilot slots in the past, but the point is that we are a public community and everyone should be equal and offered the same 'play-'chances as anyone else; also how would one go about monitoring hundreds - maybe thousands - of people on their ability to fly.

I prefer admin, the sweet sweet sensation of banning someone who is misbehaving is so surreal; beats flying 10km on 3m altitude every day.
Anyway,
I think JTAC is the most fun due to co-operation with our team members, especially FSG and the pilots.

On the top right, click the 'person' icon, select the profile you're on and you should get into the profile manager. In there profile you can see the unit tab, click that and click custom; your UID should appear.

Hey Brandenburg,
After having discussed the situation a bit with the other admins we've come to the agreement to reduce the ban to three weeks instead of a month. This means your ban should be lifted on the 26th of July; PM one of the other admins by that time (I won't be there due to vacation) and you ban will be lifted.

Even though Luetin is sort of the figurehead of the EU#4 server, the server still falls under strict AhoyWorld rules - before, during and after any sort of event; a fun "tradition" where in you TK other people, destroy friendly assets and do more bad stuff conflicts with these rules.
You may say you had no intentions of hurting or upsetting anybody, which I don't want to counter; as you probably didn't have those intentions, but you are still fostering the wrong atmosphere and behaviour other people might take over, especially due to calling it a tradition I feel inclined to say that you were trying to make or had already made it a 'thing' after the events that take place on EU#4.
I do agree with you saying you are a very active member of the commumity and are prepared to help people where ever you can, but you have to see that being this active and helpful might put you into an example position such as a squadlead, other players might feel like they should act as you do. Furthermore we cannot make exceptions in our system due to a person being all the things stated above; everyone is equal under the law so to speak.
Also, I would really like you to think about what you say or do more, because active people have great potential; but they tend to dismantle that potential by being rash in their decisions and statements. (See example below). I know it was never your intention to lie, but the point of view of person who isn't up to date might differ due to these sort of things. Something so simple as a point of view being different can lead to serious consequences (example: 'just joking around' vs. 'clasing the rules')

Hello everyone,
Most of you that were attending the EU#3 meeting last Friday would know that more information for Valiant would be announced this week.
As you can see on the following thread @kennychr has nearly brought Valiant so far that he can release the first build and it also explains why it's taken so long and what he's trying to archive with this (hopefully) last test.
The test will take place coming Friday the 28th of October at 20:00 GMT / UTC, I would like to remind everyone that due to it being a testing session general bitching and moaning won't be tolerated and over excessive bitching and moaning will result in reprisals.
