Very quick and simple, in your install folder for arma you will find a few different executeables, select arma3battleye.exe and pop this into additional parameters:

It reminds me of the largest pipe-laying and drilling-platform decomissioning vessel I've visited last week. It's called the Pioneering Spirit (formerly Pieter Schelte). To safely remove the top of the drilling platform they have to raise it 2 meters. This all happens in a timespan of 20 seconds using 8 giant cyclinders and by emptying some quick flood balast tanks. 20 seconds is about the time of a wave rolling through and effecting the ship. You don't want a couple of hundres of tonnes come crashing down on the jacket structure underneath.

Why (in your personal opinion) should your ban be lifted?*: It was a one off and, at the time, I did not see this channel name as being possibly offensive to anyone due to the common use of nicknames of citizens of country for example "Ruskis" which is very commonly used in EU3 and I've never seen it as offensive to anyone nor have I ever seen anyone offended by it. Also AW is fun as fuck and I am all for making it better than it is now or has been in the past so I partially agree with the ban if it was found offensive to anyone.

The meet up time will be as follows:

 

Saturday - 15:30 GMT Mission start

 

 

Brief: You are a platoon tasked to capture a terrorist cell leader located in Al jebel in clafghan mountains.

For this you'll be provided with an observation helicopter to guide your convoy through the mountains and an apc.

Intel suggest that the area between your FOB and Al jebel is controlled by insurgents.

 

 NOTE: I (alganthe) will do my utmost to stop you from capturing the target, I won't be able to spawn AI but I'll be able to control the existing ones.

 

 

You will NOT be allowed to JIP once the mission briefing is over..

I also ask that you listen and follow commands orders. 

 

Any dicking around will be taking seriously and admin implications may apply for any attempt to ruin or misbehave.

Following the update today of A3(Marksman DLC) RHS and AGM might break, this may or not be fixed in a hotfix by the devs of RHS.
 
AGM on the other hand is stopped being developed since ACE3 is coming and the devs have joined it, so if it breaks when the update hits the a3 community is dependent on a other user to hotfix it.
 
Just wanted to let you know in advance(Altogh kinda close to the update relase) so that any down time while we shift mods\take away stuff so eu#3 can function, is not unexpected.

Ok so i would just apolagize for the way i responded to Leo (player) little stunt. Not so much to him, he got banned for good reasons, but more to those who may have witnessed my little meltdown. I'm not sure how much i send out through actual TS, but i had a bit of a smash the desk mood after that, and i hope i didnt go to far with the verbals there.
 
On a good note thought, it was fun being Platoon Command for those of you there. It didnt go nearly as smooth as most times, especialy on the organizing point, so i guess i will work on that in the future. Thanks for playing and thanks for letting me do command.

There is no substitute for experience, and you can only learn so much from watching a youtube videos,
for example you can't see what inputs he's making control wise on his keyboard / stick / pedals,
 
best suggestion is I'd make to anyone is use the editor get the feel for how Arma helos fly, then after a few straight hours practice, forget everything you learnt and jump into DCS and learn how to really handle a helo and then after a several straight days practice go back to Arma with some improved skills and adjust to the dumbed down physics & handling
