A good NSFW topic would be nice aswell...

So this came up in a random conversation a couple months back and I thought I'd push it now because boredom.
 
The idea is to clean up and restructure the forums ever so slightly.
For brevity's sake, here's what I propose:
 
1) Make Arma its own category. Place it between General and Gaming.
As it is, it's just another board among boards, though it has every right to be far more visible instead of being diluted with mostly inactive boards. It contains four subs, each of which has between one and six (in the ridiculous case of the 124th) sub-subs. These are thus completely drowned and easily missed at a glance. Arma is AW's staple game, its arguably most significant source of traffic and overall far too massive to be compacted as such.
All previous subs would become their own boards. Re-arrange as you see fit.
 
2) Give EU3 / AWE more visibility.
In this proposed Arma category, give AWE a central spot. It has no distinguishing features as it stands, hell, its full title is even cut off on the main page. If there's one thing the server needs it's attraction and this I consider a good first step.
 
3) Clean up the stickies.
In both the general Arma forum as well as the Enhanced sub, it takes an awful lot of scrolling to get to the latest threads. This isn't helped by the veritable cart load of subs at the beginning of the Arma forum. The latter would be remedied through the reorganisation as per point 1), the former requires a clean-up of threads. Unsticky some, merge others.
For general, non-AWE purposes, give Arma another dedicated Guides sub, for example.

I`ve thought in which section should I post this, here should be the best.
 
I`ve decided to step down from the role of an admin to a regular member/player, purely out of personal reasons. I`ll drop all the boring details behind this decision, the only thing I`ll add is, it has not been made over-night.
 
I`ve had a lot of fun, I`ve met a lot of new people, a lot of great people. I want to thank Staff (new and old - yes, you Raz) for giving me a chance to contribute to the community, be a part of its leadership. I hope we`ve all learned things together, in good or bad times, and I have no regrets.
 
I`ll stay around, just as a regular player and user.

I joined 3 other players and Ivory (thanks!) showed me the ropes.  The mission was to destroy a downed UAV and there were 4 enemy squads patrolling the area and some armor.  Much different play style from the vanilla servers, we broke off when engaged several times when we were in poor cover and/or too many squads were alerted.  I don't think I fired my weapon for about the first 30 minutes while we maneuvered around.
 
Best part was when an enemy squad stumbled onto us around around 100M away and I had a full belt of machine gun ammo ready to go.  Get some!
 
The helpfulness of the players on that server isn't overblown, everyone went out of their way to help this utter noob.  There is a bit of a learning curve for TFAR and ACE, but it's not that bad.
 
All in all, I really like it.  Like I said, the play style is different, much more careful, much more deliberate with actual teamwork going on.  I also like the chaos of the vanilla servers, but if anyone is looking for a change of pace EU #3 is worth giving a go.  Gauntlet will feel familiar to I&A, no huge surprises there and of course there's new gear to play with.

Why (in your personal opinion) should your ban be lifted? Man I was so wasted last night and was playing on EU1 when the server crashed. It was like 20 minutes before the server came back online during that down time I thought I would change my profile name for maximum banter, like a said before I'm a proper bellend when I have had a drink!

aaaaaaand we´r back again ....
Got shot yesterday by a Hellcat that circel´d past 2 AOs for a while,could see its path,couldnt lock it with AA - untill it gone a 2nd time for my ass and,you guess´d it killed me instant with 2 rockets.
Just now again after climbing up a hill hvy loaded as my front tires where out i get wiped by a Hellcat the second i reach a pos to overview AO to get a shot ...

So how is this enhancing gameplay?
Feel free to explain Amentes,its clearly not the first time and i m fed up with such a abuse of power.
