I do have to say though, last 4 days I've been on the server we've received a Wipeout from side missions only. It's not always Zeus spawning those, please don't point your fingers at us immediately, it's just a coincidence that they've spawned so frequent. I, myself, haven't given a Wipeout as a reward and probably never will.
 
I did however, after speaking to 2 admins, spawn a Wipeout earlier today after a lying pilot had crashed the rewarded sidemission Wipeout in less than 10minutes. The pilot said he had 2000 flying hours in arma whilst after he crashed I checked his profile and only has 2 games, Insurgency and Arma 3 with a total of 28.3hours, 2 admins and I agreed on giving the guys on EU1 another chance with the Wipeout.

Honestly from somebody who is at the cusp of Army recruiting age I am so glad Hillary wasn't elected. I get the feeling that with her attitude against Russia AND the whole "No Fly Zone" thing would bring us into a potentially world ending war. Jokes aside, when you are the pilot, you are in charge of the aircraft and you are 99/100 times responsible for the crashes.
If you feel uneasy with how things are at the moment, simply run and turn later back. There is no shame in living to fly another day.
And if they are yelling at you, tell them that they should come in the pilot seat and fly the heli towards the LZ whilst a tank/tigris is just casually waiting there.

Well, atleast you give the ppl at base atleast a bit of breathing space to get out of there or call an admin

I didn't actually know that nickname could get me banned because in every other game it doesn't ban me for that. Entered second time with the same nickname by mistake, meant to change the nickname for the second entry.

Trolled for telling an admin that there was no need to be kicked. Banned by AhoyWorld admin for shits and giggles. Banned again on Tanoa for advertisement. That's right, I copied and pasted once! TeamSpeak information in group chat. The result was a mass exodus because you couldn't control that itch. Banned for ban avoidance. As if that is at all possible. Team killing the team killers so that the rest of the server would do well is a criminal act – I accept that ban with pride. Yet, you were told why verbally over the coms. Yet still allow them instigators to game on - shameful.

How I found AW?
 
When I Just got arma 3 I usually played with friends, but after they took a way More homework intensive route, I decided to put arma 3 on halt.
 
About a year passed when I was bored and was like: "hey why not try arma 3 again? Got nothing to lose, so?". So I dusted off arma 3 again, starter it and played a bit solo to learn the game again.
 
After about 5 hours of refreshing my muscle Memory, I decided to go out and take a look around on the server browser. Joined a couple of servers and quickly found out I wasnt a good aimer. So I Hopper from gamemode to gamemode till I came across I&A. I Just took a Random server and I fell almost in Love with it, AW....

I noticed already that the distance walking to the helicopters is pretty Big. However, this might also work in my favoriet. Rememember that some People go halfway to the landing pad, stand still for a seconds or two, to Just Walk Back because they aren't site of their loadout.
 
This is eefectively  a way of saying, if you want to leave, Make sure to be properly packed and ready.

Ive watched the video and studied the maps and it look very good to me. I cant help you fix the spawn problems, sorry for that. 
Maybe its a idea to let a staff member have a look at it ingame?

Some ideas to improve the server.
 
Separate spot for blackfish and CAS aircraft Reworking spawn More variation of mission (defend missions?) Allowing sniper spotter to use ghilly suit. Pilots have to show that they are proper pilots, so no people that don't know how to fly.
