This unit will be modeled after marines in term of gear and squad setup. All applicants are to do a BCTBasic Combat Training course and a MOS Military Occupational Specialty before they are a fully fledged member of the unit. The BCT will be conducted in groups of 16 held by two instructors before we move onto MOS's. Everyone would have to complete them before we move onto operations as i want each and everyone in the 1st Platoon on the same level of training. When we hit 32players signed up i will close the current signup as that will put us on one full platoon and we are currently shy 5 people to fill the first platoon.
What i am expecting of the people who sign up is a professional act and a understanding that this is serious gameplay, there is a time and a place for bants but not when you are training\getting briefed by your leader etc.
Currently the modset is to be a mirror of the Godhand modset with some alterations which are to be announced.
As of now i am doing alot of "paperwork" backend setting up sheets and stuff to track players (BCT Completion, MOSs etc.) and doing some alteration to the training mission and finishing off a rough framework for missions, so expect more info in a pm on the forums and more updates in the initial post midweek.
Im still going thru the signees answers to correlate a good timeslot for everyone so that we can get this smoothly going.
I hope this clears up some mis-understandings and lack of info in terms of what this is.

If you remember your slot from last time youll have presedence over anyone who signed up afterwards, doing slots a but diffrent this time i.e: people who played last time joins the slot they where in and new people can fill inn any voids.

SO I am finally on 3 weeks of vacation and have proper time to deal with and implement any change and\or alterations.
So I would like to ask you, the community, on what needs to change to make EU#3 great again. But remember that EU#3 is and always was about serious fun, as in : Teamplay is one of the core values and adhere to the rules.If the SL\TL doesnt want to hear about banter\who you failed to shag last night etc. and want the squad to focus on the game you'd unfuck your clusterfuck and focus on the objective at hand.
That may sound harsh but thats the only way I can word it right now. That being said i want your input on how to make EU#3 great again which was mentioned in one of X threads when I finally had time to catch-up with the forums after driving 2028KM's in 3 days.

Do realise that if you start any attacks\slander\namecalling on any person staff or non-staff expect a ban on everything as this is meant to be a civilized discussion. This is not a mod-request thread its a thread to better the state of EU#3

Youd spawn at basecamp. But if anyone used the player exit mid battle they are going to spawn in the middle of wherever...

That tent was never classified as a medical place, LOGI needs to move the medical FMTV up from basecamp.

Yes, nothing has changed modwise and probably wont until I make the next map, but looking at how tough the resistance is in the towns itl be a while before we can say "Op Complete"

So following our initial supply of the FOB and subsequent probing of a nearby town, session two is more aimed of getting situational picture and retaking the town of Hysad where Alpha previously had to pull out from because of fierce resistance.
This session will be more combat oriented with LOGI taking the supply role in an advanced temp-fob near the town of Hysad. A more detailed brief will be included by tomorrow before 2100GMT.

Server state saved succsessfully so we can pick up where we left off. Just need to do some tweaks to respawn and add the loadouts when you respawn

First session quick debrief: Off the line pretty quick despite some acrebugs and some JIPs. Supplying the FOB went smooth and A secured 1x IED factory kill pluss some enemy combatants KIA

The rule was proposed and set in stone by the whole moderating team and approved by me to prevent broken gamenights to happen to frequently. Its not to be cruel or anything its for the whole of the community, dont know how many times a GN has been delayed cause i fucked up something or not testing a script on a proper dedi(MP Paradrop yaaay...).
I don't know what you mean by staff cruelty, that you can PM me about and I can hear your story and "my" staffs story.
And finally, whats this about me not sharing ? You never asked me about mission design and if you have asked and i have had time i would have helped you out. You don't go sucker punching me like that,ever for something that has not happened! You could have asked Ryko to on input about it. But hey lets slag off the one who has had so much RL work this two weeks that he couldn't be online much to be a unhelpful bastard when you haven't asked him a damn thing.
