I still stand behind my suggestion of adding five slots for opfor team in to the mix. So patrol ops continues normally, but once people show up, can start populating the opposition on the go, rather the reset the server and change scenario. For custom missions (example the convoy) zeus can intervene and make one.
If on average 15 people showup, it's enough for having 2 men sniper team / commandos for the opposition
- East & West bases / camps for the opfor
- Limited equipment & vehicle access
- Paradrop pole to spawn above center of AO (maybe)

Here are at least few suggestions :
A. Rapid HVT retrieval
Capture lightly guarded HVT, but if detected heavy reinforcements are triggered and arrive within X minutes, so recon, speed and traveling light becomes core of the mission for CQC and sniper action. CAS takes role of support incase things go sideways and reinforcements arrive before HVT is secured and same goes for armor, so even thou it's mission for light equipment, still has place for all roles.
B. Spetsnaz (pvp)
Hear people occasionally tire of the capabilities of the AI enemies, so suggest adding about 5 man player opfor teamslot. Doing their own methods to slowdown NATO operations (however no baserape) with restricted types of vehicles and weapons (no heavy artillery for example), they can fit at their western & eastern bases in altis. Hopefully radio freq. remain within the radio items, so they can spy on NATO if they are careless in security should the find a dead soldier. If not, then thing like copy map on incapacitated soldier would do the same trick.

It's okay idea.
Should it be implemented, i would suggest placing this firing range / training ground considerable distance away from the base with it's own spawnpoint.
We don't need such additions to drop down the fps in the base even further, nor unnecessary noise, as people are trying to discuss matters..

I didn't like what i saw in the Battlefield Hardline and just cannot be arsed with it.
Rainbow six Siege however looks amazing, looks like SWAT brought back to life in form of PvP.
This is the proper direction of cops vs crooks gameplay if you ask me. See video/link below

What i have observed from game night scenarios posted on the forums lately, id recommend going outside the box
with military conflict standpoints and try different aspects and "gamemodes".
For example.
Organized crime
Missions that involve enemies dressed in civilian clothing mixed along with civilians and storylines more about
sabotaging drug related operations around the island.
Infiltration & Assassinations
PvP mode where few players are to infiltrate a certain place or assassinate a player, such as eliminate a drug kingpinat his villa
middle of the night and guards can only use flashlights. Also requires some commitment, so dead players won't be shouting anything
and not running around like maniacs until alerted. Or perhaps stop assassination of government official giving a public speech to a crowd of civilians.
but if people still prefer military scenarios, then we should at least try and do a Last Stand scenario, if only there were flashbangs
and such, then would like to see some hostage situations as well.

The current artificial intelligence isnt particularly bright, so i have few suggestions on altered gameplay for OPFOR.
My first suggestion is "Spetsnaz". Small player group (maybe around 5 players) with their own small outpost for equipping, with sole purpose to sabotage bluefor teams attacks on AO's and side missions and if they attempt to enter certain radious of bluefor base they die. They could potentially have teleport pole to enter AO's quicker as paratroopers, which costs them lack of backpack or simply use unarmed ORCA to travel, which can be spotted and shotdown by bluefor.
My second suggestion is "Command" for the OPFOR. I dont know how exactly the large scale command works with the AI, but if possible have an command seat for admins only to coordinate the AI's defenses and assaults.
My third suggestion is to have patrol routes for some of the opfor units at the missions. The opposition tends to be idle until they hear gunshots nearby.
The first suggestion is something i think might change the gameplay a bit and wont make them game pvp centric and if possible have player limit restriction before Spetsnaz players can deploy, so server has time to fill before facing minor pvp.
