I appear to be missing a crying emoticon, if we had one, I'd be posting it.
 
Awesome race up to the end of lap 4, missed braking zone and missed P1 (oderus) by what could only be measured by a micrometer. Pitted in cause fuck it mediums will last from here, they dropped off at lap 9 and I dropped from 4th down to 7th due to constant loss of control with the back of the car as it would spin round even when I wasn't putting any power down.
 
Moral of the story, don't miss the damn braking zone.

Turns out turning up without practicing, reading the rules or having ever driven your car before is not the way forwards.  That said I enjoyed my battle with Chris until the gaming gods struck him down.
 
I'll be missing the next round but should be there for Watkins Glen, going to get some solid practice in in the meantime and hopefully be more competitive.

Cracking race lads! Well excited for next week

Hi everyone, This is my first organised tourney so you will have to bear with me, looking forward to racing with you all. (i'm excited lol)

I might be able to do the first race this Sunday, will do my best to be online but can't guarantee it.

If all the pilots are doing their job, 1 jet pilot and 4 heli pilots should be enough, there is no need for another slot.
 
Heli pilots must use the big helis as well, Mohawk and Huron, especially if the server is full.

I would love everyone to film their races,this way we can create a highlights video at the end of the season!

Looking forward to this! Hopefully we get a good number of people in the field!

League Regulations:
 
AhoyWorld races are of near identical distance, calculated in the regulations as the least number of laps required to exceed 50 miles. Some races invariably take longer than others however due to the differing average speeds of circuits.
However, a forty minutes cut-off applies to all races. If this is exceeded, the leading driver will be shown the chequered flag on the lap during which the forty minute mark elapsed.
Mid-season car changing will not be allowed. Once you choose a car you must stick with it.
Restrictions as follows: Race guideline must be OFF. Force realistic driving aids: ON. Tire wear x3. Fuel Usage Real. Damage off.
One Mandatory pit stop per race.
In the event of any ties for position, the driver with superior race results (based on descending order, from number of wins to numbers of second-places down) will gain precedence.
Qualifying will be 15 minutes with an extra 10 minutes for the Nordschleife Circuit.
Practise sessions must be completed in your own time. We will only host Qualifying + the race itself on Sundays.
 
Penalties and driver protocol:
Offences include causing an avoidable accident, unfairly blocking another driver and impeding another driver while being lapped
The most common penalties stewards issue are a drive-through penalty.
Under a drive-through, the driver must enter the pit lane and proceed down its length, before directly rejoining the race.
If the offence is severe enough you will be removed from the league.
Failure to complete the mandatory pit will incur a 30 second time penalty.

 
Driver Etiquette Rules:
No Intentional Contact. We do understand that in racing there will inevitably be contact. Any careless contact will be considered intentional. Any contact made with the rear of a car is the driver who is behinds fault. (Unless in the case of intentional breaking) Passing a car after making rear contact with it is not allowed. The position must be given back.
Rejoining the track after going off must be done after any traffic goes by.
Any lapped cars must make way for cars on the lead lap.
No corner cutting. If you gain an advantage while off track, you must give any gained position back.
Driving in reverse will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
Breaking any of these etiquette rules will result in a penalty. No Warnings.
Remember. You can’t win a race on the first corner, but you can lose one.

A remake of this on-line with multiple people playing as cops and one, possibly two playing as the people in the target vehicle would be sweet!

So last week i began my arma modding career by beginning work on a Thompson M1A1. Here is what i have done so far, However it will look much better when the almost done textures are put on.
 

Following the update today of A3(Marksman DLC) RHS and AGM might break, this may or not be fixed in a hotfix by the devs of RHS.
 
AGM on the other hand is stopped being developed since ACE3 is coming and the devs have joined it, so if it breaks when the update hits the a3 community is dependent on a other user to hotfix it.
 
Just wanted to let you know in advance(Altogh kinda close to the update relase) so that any down time while we shift mods\take away stuff so eu#3 can function, is not unexpected.

You will have to wait another seven days before the ban will automatically be removed. You where banned on 22-Feb-2015 for a full month, which means the month is not over yet... The reason why I kicked you was because I received complaints from other players about your flying, which I agreed to when I saw it for myself. The reason for the ban you already stated, the teamkilling. But after the teamkilling you disconnected straight away, and that's the main reason why I banned you.
 
Further more, you where banned on the 08-Feb-2015 by another admin for teamkilling, that ban was later lifted. If I had know you had been banned before for teamkilling, I would have banned you permanently. So consider yourself lucky, and I suggest you just wait it out a week.
 
Also consider this you last warning. If you break the rules again after your current ban has expired, you will be banned permanently.
