Not presently, it's still being tweaked to try recover some of the lost fps of other versions,
check page 2 the Submit Q&A section, Quicksilver has listed most of what was added to the version
 
also there's a possiblity we'll rolling back 2.46 and rebuilding from there, as we've experienced at least 10fps increase in that mission state,
a lot less fluff (scripts) involved those versions (more testing required) but watch this space...

Still nothing useful for dog fights, they're all pretty much low speed armed to the teeth air to ground combat aircraft. The csat is based on the yak, looks like all other they done to the A10 is skew the tail fins 10 or 15 degrees and made the engine pods more aero by giving them a horizontal ventral fin /elliptical shape and the truck thingy is a copy paste of the hemmtt's with bulky armor plate on the cabs

Just to add to this, yesterday in between EU1 going up and down like a hookers knickers, the mission got loaded in Elite for a while before it dropped again, I noticed that the majority of people nearly a full server of 40 both regular and random puppies were very keen to keep it elite even after restart, there were some "hey I can't go 3rd" comments but once people were told that it was elite most were fine with it, might be worth throwing eu2 up on elite / vet just to gage interest in having a separate more focused server? Then look down the mod route later after we get full release of Win et...?

^^^ CAF mod, (Canadian armed forces) by the lovely folks that have made CAF Agressors, comes with some infantry textures, a Huey/CH-146 various medcav and armed (Gau 20 right side M130 left) working doors, and the Chinook/CH-147 walkable interior, ramp & twin m130 door miniguns

Has anyone used this for any length of time that can recommend it / ?

I've been running it for most of today and it seems to do what it says on the tin,
I set it up to run Arma as high priority and everything else low or idle and I appeared to get a boost in game FPS & Load times
 
it also lets you monitor loads of other processes and adjust a host of other magical jiggery pokerie for ram, cpu & I/O priorities 
 
but i'm a bit sus as to weather let it meddle too much with the innards of my rig anyone know for sure if it's as good / safe as advertised

it's fairly simple to use as it a module just place in editor and sync with the Helo's that you want to have lifting capablities
maybe some tweaks availeable by editing the config.hpp haven't looked that far yet 
 
it's similar to the scripts but has an added niceness as it add visible slings to the underside of the helo and then attaches them to the object being carried and when you detach the sling drops to the ground too and lands in a pile next to the cargo object 
 
also has an optional camera activated by pressing H, and shift+H cycles thermal & nv modes
