Situation
Thanks to the insurgent personnel captured we have received actionable intel about the location of 2 western journalists captured 6 months ago.
The captured insurgents have informed us that the hostages are routinely move and provided us with 2 locations that they are expected to be in.
While not part of our original plan, there has been a reward offered for the hostages rescue and doing so would hurt the insurgency.
 
Independent to this it has been confirmed that the hostages may be being held by one of our targets Ali Daeem Ali, an ex Baathist party member who is a political figure inside the insurgency. Ali Daeem Ali, will be well defended and there is a possibility of him fleeing if spooked.
 
We have announced our presence in the area so expect security to be on a more heightened setting.

Civilians are present in the area so collateral damage is to be kept to a minimum.

Mission
The year is 2014 and the US Green Berets are still at large operating inside of Afghanistan trying to suppress the Taliban. One of their primary objectives is to train a local Afghan Army to stand against their own. However, on one tour two ODAs were sent on a patrol to investigate some complaints of the elders from a nearby town regarding Taliban harassment.
