  1. The problem with this is that EU2 is generally very sparsely populated, and that means that there will almost never be a pilot online to take you across the waters. A solution would be putting boats in place but I believe many people would want to take land vehicles instead of always having to take a boat everytime they respawn.

  3. The problem with these ideas is that they all involve a large amount of coding to make possible, and it is a fairly hard task to make such things plausible. 

     

    As for the 60 players issue, this is the nature for EU1. No matter how hard you try there will always be one person who tries to destroy the enjoyment of others. It's your role as a well informed player to contact an admin to deal with this issue, or file a player report if that isn't an option.

     

  4. We have come to a final conclusion on this topic,

     

    The developer of the HQ building has stated that the change made to the HQ building will be a skill increase. 

     

    expect this to be added to an I&A version in the near future.

  5. Some players have made it apparent that they feel there is no motive to seek out and complete the HQ sub- objective and possibly the ammunition cache as well. This is what this highlights.

     

    To enhance the gameplay of the sub-objective, the ideas discussed makes the sub objective more of a threat to the player, so there is an incentive to complete the sub-objective.

     

    In short, the options discussed are:

    1. Jet CAS runs

    2. Spawning of a CAS helicopter

    3. Increase of skill level for main AO (difficulty will be reduced to default after sub objective is complete)

     

    If you have ideas for the cache sub-objective aswell, feel free to drop them below. If you have any alternative options that we haven't listed for the HQ building, please let us know below as we take all options into consideration.

    just sat on Amoni hill observing the factory obj when my Prowler got hit 3 times just up close to it out of no where ... when i was walking away from the (now unusable) vehicle i got hit 2m off my current pos

    Now,i accused a Mk6 gunner at first,but seeing how close those explosions came (i cant even verify what caliber it was - RPG/Mortar shell/etc) but seeing 3 AW people with "certain" powers are online i m quite certain where it came from ...

    Tragic fact,i cant prove anything and as i got no access to verfiy statements of ... well,in short - i doubt anything happens on a ARMA server without a admin being able to find out

    But it speaks volumes (to me).

    so, you were cresting the hill, infact you were on the side of the hill the AI can see, you had your prowler, engine on, lights fully on. Firing titan after titan that are easily traceable. Every AI can see you, but they are just stupid enough not to. And did I kill you? nope. Did you move? Nope. Instead you sat there, leading me to make more shots, bare in mind any of these shots could of 1 shot you but I'm not that bad too one shot insta kill you. If you reacted and moved you would of only faced one shot. Instead you put markers on the map, quoting "I will never forget this." 

     

    So you know, complain all you want Scar, just be grateful it wasn't a one shot insta kill when every AI in the AO could aim at you.

  7. First of all, Hello.

     

    I have been tasked with a job that is within the aspect of community involvement, which involves you, and your ideas.

     

    For the longest time, the ideas box has been well renowned for being all about ideas that can be implemented into Invade and annex. This is still the case and will remain to be, as your ideas about I&A are more than welcome, we love to hear all of your ideas that can shape the future of I&A.

     

    The description of the ideas box is "We're always looking to improve. What can we do to make things better?" 

    This is what I want to highlight.

     

    The ideas box is not strictly confined to ideas for Invade and annex. The ideas box can be used for ideas that can help Ahoyworld become a better community and shape the future in which we are heading.  Ideas about I&A will still be welcome, but I hope that there may be an influx of ideas that are non I&A related.

     

    As always I look forward to seeing all of your ideas, they are always considered as the playerbase is what makes our community.
