    Do I like to lead others or being lead? -> asl/tl / other slot. Do I step out of the comfort zone and choose a leader slot, but meet disrespectful players which there are plenty of examples of in this thread, contact moderator and warning/kick/ban.

    Maybe im playing at the right times, its been a long team since i experienced the issue of not having team and squad leaders, but pherhaps it happends more than iam aware of. Anyway, i notice that new ppl (0-6 months) are playing as teamleaders and the oldschoolers not so much. I think we are on the right path.

    Ty for the honest public post copey. As a day 1 player as mini calls it, and also a staff member until recently(a lot of u have been asking about that) I have had the same opinion in awe/eu3, players makes the atmosphere. Yes, eu3 was something else back in the day, but I'm eager as to where stiletto and the Canadian captain been the ship. Tl;tr: ty for ur honesty and ur hours put in. Vlk

    In my opinion, discipline is something you learn whilst playing along with some other things. ACE medical basics at most, go in depth if people want to train for medic. 
     
    Last thing, don't make the sessions longer than 40 minutes or longer with breakers so people will retain their focus and remember more of what is said.

    Discipline is something you learn during childhood. Trying to do that online, and you loose

    Been discussed a "few times". I favor for implementing. As for the whole different experience/not hearing the same/one hears a gunshot while others don't, so what ? It's not a milsim, and ppl often don't react to gunshots before someone is hit by them anyways. +1

    I feel you, been there myself, but People will be people, how much energy I want to put down in order to set things straight, is up to the individual. For newcomers reading this thread, this ain't everyday struggles. The players make the awe experience no matter what the rules are. Sometimes it's a good composition, other times not that much.

    While we wait for a possible training session in discipline, I give one note. If you try to live by: stfu and do as your told, we all would benefit from that. If ur bored, alt tab and play minesweeper while waiting and don't fuck around in the game. I'm also getting tired of this behavior as well, and if we can be stricter about it, I will start handing out a lot of kicks/temp bans or teleport the noisy ones out on a island until they calm down.     Hello and welcome to ahoyworld! May I ask how you found us? Regarding playing on awe, I guess you already checked out this link: https://www.ahoyworld.net/enhanced/how-to-join-awe/ after you fixed a3 sync with the modset, all you so is get on teamspeak and joined the server. Once at the server you will get to join a squad :) if you need any assistance, do not hesitate to ask a admin/staff/field ambassador/ veteran on teamspeak. They have special tags :) I hope you enjoy ur stay.
