It now all makes sense. You lay down a respawn point where you want it. Have to make sure you save your loadout. Otherwise you are like me, you respawn with the basic gear.
Oh, and I watched the stream afterwards and Bravo vehicle was hit by a frikkin Hind's rockets! We had no chance of surviving that first contact. Should have gone off road earlier. Live and learn.
Ye also found out that ASL and MMG, MAT and HAT TL's can deploy them and they have an overall 45 minutes cool down before the other can be deployed.

The rule of the rally points no clue just spam then even though I think you only can deploy one at a time.

Any comments on this? It would be fun to transport vehicles across bodies of water instead of having to always drive around (from FOB to AO etc)... might be interesting.
Or for Zeus missions... I could come up with multiple scenarios/ideas where this would be fun and useful.
Pros: Sounds like a fun addon.
Negs: An additional mod for players to be able to play.

@Theronas I'll be honest the only map that would be useful for is Tanoa, and ye it would be a good idea for a Zeus mission but otherwise it would be to much hassle to organise on a populated server, which the majority would turn around and say well lets get a chopper there.

@JaSmAn I think the AI is fine as it is because we have mods that does that for us hahaha.
Finally we will be able to edit our own loadouts on the vanilla jets without any mods needed which in my opinion should have been in since the beginning or at least early on.

Just wanted to say who is ready for the NEW Arma 3 Jets DLC to be dropped tomorrow 16th of May, because I am, cannot wait to see how the radar system works out in Arma...

@JaSmAn Plus that Zeus OP when I was MAT TL attached to you as BSL Alpha was the cannon fodder in that AO. So Bravo is not always bullet catchers as you say hahaha

Recently the FGM-148 has actually been killing infantry and buildings. Iraq and Afghanistan saw it being used mostly against soft targets; weapon crews, buildings and unarmored vehicles.
So much so that a new round was developed that incorporates a fragmenting steel case to increase the shrapnel factor.
While I agree that the Javelin shouldn't be used on infantry all that much in a Gauntlet setting; I'd still take the RHS version simply because it's better at doing it on the rare occasion that it may be called for.
I can even recall a situation where I personally asked a HAT team to rain hell on a group of infantry I didn't wanna have to deal with.
I can't call the 3CB more realistic when the warhead it fires has such a low injury radius on infantry targets. It's cool and all, but I'd say they're tied because of that.
Can snipe the HVT with a javelin so it still has its uses against soft targets, also only if at least we had access to say a anti-personnel round like the titan in vanilla arma, that has like less less anti-tank capabilities but like you said more fragmentation. But its up to the mod creator at the end of it.
