@SkullCollectorYeah I couldn't agree more especially the part where AWE needs more attention everywhere it can get it. Also just to give some examples of threads that need to be un stuck is the old game night request thread and also the old media topic can go as it isn't in use and so can the community notes as by the day they are becoming outdated. Also a better way of showing upcoming events on the site and also on the servers would be great. I think adding a message about upcoming events like the 'welcome of AWE' message at the bottom is relatively easy to do and would boost attendance.

Although a lot of people tend to show up on Saturdays anyways and we will most likely play this op regardless it would still be great if we could get as many sign ups before hand. Thanks

This guide is great and definitely helps people like you said earlier that get bad repo speeds. I like copey and Ryko only really use the repo for the more tailored versions of mods we use on the sever the big stuff just come faster from having a subscription to armaholic.
Also someone should move this to the guides section.

It was pushed back to the 28 due to the upcoming game night his Saturday. On other note please try to spread the word as we do need a sizable group to play this right. Also have a good time @Amentes sorry you can't make it.

Also the way that arma started to change its rendering of objects after apex is that if you aren't looking at it then it isn't model well or sometimes not at all. It is a client side thing and the bmp is always there on the server. The only fixes for you is what ryko said above, but they aren't the most practical (obviously). Speculating here but it may be that because the bmp has such a high quality texture aka. a big file size that it doesn't load or takes forever and or is not prioritized to load.

I think it is important to always be aware of the platoon's trench digging capabilities and this will be a huge step forward for not only the greater good but also @LEO.

This will be very similar to that. And not to spoil too much but once certain objectives are captured ai support becomes available.

The Serbian faction has been added as part of the RHS update, which consists of a ton of great new functions and vehicles. The Serbian faction does not add a lot of new thing and is a separate mod than the other base three we have now. I wasn't sure wether to post this in the mod request or if I should start the conversation hear. I personally think that not enough new assess are add to make it a good addition, even though it might please some of our eastern European friends. A small portion of the G36 family is also present as part of this Serbian pack.

The only feedback I can offer is that MAT and HAT should not be filled before at least one alpha team as it takes away from the base players and just makes it annoying when a2 could be filled which makes a less lone wolf and therefore more effective alpha.

Briefing:
On Isla Duala arms trading and diamond dealing warlords have taken over and have been gaining more and more power over the local government. The Dualan government made a secret deal with the British to dispatch a section of the SAS to disrupt the militia in the area along with rescuing a captured British national.
Objectives:
1. Intercept an arms deal and gather intel about the militia kingpin as well as the British hostage.
2. Kill the Kingpin
3. Rescue the British national
4. Extract
Once again all that is necessary to play is for you to show up and have a good time.

Thanks for getting on and taking the time to learn. The only way the sever gets better is when new people come. And like copey mentioned gamenights are a lot of fun and a lot more along with special trainings are coming soon.

Couple of things:
1. Base design on Lingor:
For some reason helo pilots feel the need on this map to land right in the spawn area this could be fixed by the removal of this ammo bunker:
And then also the removal of the wall behind (where there are some random porta-potties) :
This would also the hangers behind to be used as an lz instead of the runway area which seems to be completely disregarded.
2. Why is the MAR-10 not in the arsenal when the .338 AWMs are? It does not make a ton of sense to me and I think it would add a much more usable rifle.
3. Bug on Isla Duala. Current version. The CIA asset wasn't handcuffed and we had to chase him over a click to get him also he wasn't well guarded just one apc and a fire team, and same with drop off.

So I have two theories for this one.
1. He is just a thoughtful guy and made an appropriate and well thought out decision that is highly respected.
2. All the dumbass mother f&@$kers in the ban appeals section drove him crazy and he is never coming back.
