  1. Is there any other mods out there with heavier infantry AT weapons or is TF47 it? Also is what was the last version we used because 1.41 on armaholic mentions an error fix?
  2. This problem has been going on for a while, but because a lot of people don't use either MAT or HAT it hasn't been addressed thoroughly. The Javelin is the more complicated of the two issues. It sometimes won't lock, sometimes the missile tracks, and then other times you get top down killing madness. This is an ACE issue and might be fixed in 3.7; however, the SMAW is a different story. It doesn't zero with its scope and its iron sight only goes to 250m so why not just is an AT4 at that point, and it sight is zero'd to 50m no matter it looks like. The problem is that these problems make HAT and MAT useless, which sucks for the people who love to play them. MAT could be fixed by bringing back the MAWWS from TF47 or any other mod, but even with the new update it doesn't work. I was wondering what the community's response would be and if it had any possible suggestions for fixes. Also thanks to Ghostdragon for helping with testing. Thanks Benjamin Levine

  5. @Ryko So for some reason that I don't understand we cant use any of the newly textured m4 style weapons in gauntlet 48. They look great and I dont know of any bugs with them. If there is a reason they aren't added I just wanted to know. Thanks Ben
  6. True but that was just my quick look and favorite snow map I'll look for something later that is more towards those parameters. I just feel like it would fit the player base well and would be a fun change up. Also I feel the Russians in general woodland camo would fit well in a winter setting. Ben

I love the edition of your "poor mans tanoa" because it seems to fix a lot of the problems with tanoa mainly that everyone doesn't have it and the AI are gods; however, I think the addition of a snow map would also be a great idea. There is a good group of people from eastern and northern EU that I think would like to see there frozen forest represented some way and it would also be a great change from the heat of Fallujah. A great map for this would be http://www.armaholic.com/page.php?id=21837 . It would be different from winter cherno which we never really play by the obvious fact that it isn't cherno. A mod to complement this is the Swedish special forces mod that was recently updated and has great options for the snow, interesting weapons, and vehicles. I think it would be great and thought here was a good place to post but if people respond positively I can make a more detailed secondary post.

OP-Alamo (8-17-16) 17:00 EDT 22:00 BST, EU3 After being defeated by CTRG and the Syndicate double cross CSAT has almost been completely driven off Tanoan except for a large group that has taken control of Linjhaven and in a bold move captured key Syndicate leaders. CTRG wanting to be able to claim complete anonymity to the situation have left with haste. NATO has been contacted and the USMC stepped to the plate to destroy all remaining enemy forces and rescue the Syndicate leaders. Standard Mods+ Apex Units: CMD(UAV OP/ Repair, JTAC, CMD) ASL and BSL with Medics Alpha Bravo Talon Longshot(Two man sniper team) Stalker(Fire team with advanced gear to combat CSAT SF) Hammer Zeus There will be no re-spawns and you will be sent to spectator on death, and no JIP. Apex is an obvious requirement. Set loadouts (AT4s, Meds, and Optics will be available). Special consideration will be made for Talon, CMD Zeus and Longshot. Checking your fire on civilians is necessary. Also, depending on the successful of rescuing the civilians and the Syndicate leaders, Syndicate may be inclined to help you permanently rid of CSAT ;).   12. Ok thanks, but do you think a set schedule, possibly every quarter of the year will ever be in place so that "Hilarity" won't have as good of chance of happening? Just a thought Ben

I don't know about others but I have heard of a schedule for Eu3 repo updates but never really knew when it was, which means the right time to suggest mods and serious changes has been left kinda ambiguous. Seeing as though there is a new committee heading EU3 I though that this might kinda be a little talking point for the forums and the committee to start with. Thanks, Ben

  17. But just dressing the fact that we would be locking people out. I have not come across a person that is willing to take the time and to learn the skill to play on EU3 that has not bought Apex, which contains the best map in vanilla. But concerning gauntlet isn't valiant coming soon, which has a ton of updates to AI and Tanoa can become much more balanced if EVNG's would be allowed and we weren't fighting enemies that had them. -B
  18. I appreciate the hard work going into this and how you have kept us updated. Thanks a lot. Can't wait to see some of the improvements. Also is adding Tanoa completely off the table sozio or is it up for wider community discussion and vote?
