Thanks guys. My plans for system starting to come together. Looks somthing like this.
I5 7600k or a i7 7700k
Motherboard Msi z270-A-PRO
Ram Corsair vengeance 25600/3200mhz
A 500Gb SSD probably a samsung
GPU Msi Gtx 1070 Gaming X 8GB.
A single 500GB SSD isn't all that much to be honest, I've got a 480GB and it was full rather fast. I installed my 1TB HDD for the smaller, less important programs or games. Don't know if you're planning on doing the same, if not, then you may find this useful.

@D.Devil If I happen to be on the same time as U are, please hand my HEMTT Medical back to yours truly. Much appreciated. Do not forget to fill the travel logs...
Ah so those were your buttcheeks printed in the seat huh.. wasn't very comfortable sitting in the drivers seat for too long.
And sorry @Gamerbug could've said something and I wouldn't have worked as hard.

Why have you written
when you´ve setted it in the launcher with "System memory limit" to 2047?
I found that my Arma rarely ever uses more than 2GB ram so I set it to 2047, usually sits around 1.8/1.9GB. I have 16GB ram myself but it never really peaked over 2GB for me. Sometimes it will jump up to 2.2/2.3GB but I haven't really experienced a whole lot difference.

Every now and then it doesn't give the option to revive someone whilst the guy is in limbo and is in the animation, nor does it give the option to drag or carry. Happened to me twice today.

People still seem to insta die 9 out of 10 times, not sure if this was suppose to change with the update or not. If not, then please disregard my post.

For those who are interested in having settings which would maximise their in-game performance with great visuals, here is a short guide for you.
Arma 3 Launcher settings;Someone (don't remember who) said if you're using an i7 6700k use this command line;
-cpuCount=4 -high -maxmem=15360 -noBenchmark -noLogs -noPause -noSplash -world=empty
It did somewhat give me a more stable fps count and after using this command line I had less frequent memory leaks, they happen at random, sometimes after serveral hours and other times after 20-30min (don't qoute me on whether it's true or not, it just is for me).
Ingame settings;
After I been using these settings I gained about 20-30fps myself and mostly work with stable 60fps, however this drops to about 30-40 if the server has been up for quite some time. In Zeus I get a stable 40-50fps and after serveral hours server uptime it drops to 20-30 with a full server.
My rig;
These settings work for me, they may not work for you. Maximizing all my settings seem to give me the best overal performance ingame, I get less fps using the lower settings and they don't seem to be stable for me. Hope this will help some of you, if not, just keep playing with your settings and eventually you'll find the settings best suited for your rig.

Great advice @Spartan can you explain where to find a fuel and repair container? I did't know they existed!
Ammo, repair, fuel container (in the same order as seen on the screenshot).

4) This one really gets me - if you crash a chopper but you live, DON'T just leave it in the middle of nowhere! A couple of options - preferred, take some explosives with you at all times and blow the chopper (and yourself). If you don't kill yourself and the AA is active at base you will be shot down next time you fly. If you don't have explosives, get another pilot to bring you some. Finally, if you can't do any of that, send a message to the admin. But that should be a last resort.
We've added Huron containers to the base, so instead of carrying explosives to blow you and your heli up, request for a repair specialist to patch up your heli and ask another pilot to take the Huron and bring you a fuel container if this is necessary. If you're good on fuel, ask them to bring the repair container so you can repair your heli if no repair specialist is available or answering.
Not sure if the container fully repairs your heli or just a bit like repair specialists. Communicate in side chat with the rest and you wouldn't have to blow an asset and yourself up, the consequences are yours if you're being caught blowing an asset up.
Some rules for the pilots on EU1 and 2;

I really don't like the parachute spawn.. unless this will be really expensive or have a cooldown timer of some sorts (once every 30min?). I'm afraid this may render some pilots useless as the impatient with spend their points on the parachute drop rather than having to wait a minute.
Also point 7 you mentioned a limited amount of extreme assets, does this mean the vehicles that spawn with the FOB's get changed too, or won't they be counted as an "extreme asset"? I know FOB Guardian spawns a Blackfoot, Orca and slammer, FOB Marathon spawns a Pawnee and FOB Martian a Marshal.
Other than these 2 points I mentioned I find myself agreeing with most of it, especially the point loss if and when a teamkills happens.

The Spartan tag hasn't gone back to it's old state yet though, don't forget bout us please!

could be nice i guess, but as someone (forgot who) said before not sure if this will change alot as it would still take alot of time to get from a to b, a base centralised on the map might be better.. but we'll see how this goes

Mostly looking at the tail lights of the one(s?) that is racing infront of me.

I hate to say it but to me that looks no different than a classic case of a memory leak that spiraled out of control and royally screws you about every 20 mins. It also looks your system is rolling with a pretty low amount of ram, which of course isn't the best (It looked like 4gb but I could be very wrong), so one thing that has helped me as 8 of my 16gb's of ram decided to take a shit on itself a while back is only have open your game and TS. Other programs, especially chrome, really eats memory that arma wants.
Sorry that this keep happening but it has just become a part of the game. You can also try and set your memory allocator to 'system' which could help.

You are very wrong, I have 16gb of ram in my pc. I run the game on mostly 50-60fps on very high/ulta settings with 5km view distance, I doubt it's my computer thats causing the leaks as it runs the game supersmooth for about 20min and then Arma happens. I also tried almost, if not all, ways to "fix" these leaks I could find on the internet. None of them seems to have an effect.
Only thing that is a bit outdated is my monitor I'd say.And it's as Winter said, I ran the game with no trouble whatsoever untill an update happened around mid November. That's when it all started for me. -
I been having alot of memory leaks too, every 20-30min a leak occurs. Here's the .rpt of the last 50secs in the server.

It may have been a mission that spawned right ontop of you, it happens, just bad luck happens to the best of us.
-
on eu1, fob martian has a mohawk, and 2? or 3? hellcats along with the buzzard aa, fob terminal has a blackfoot, orca, taru and a pawnee, fob dirt track has a huron, fob marathon has 2 hummingbirds and a pawnee, those are the ones i know and can remember.
