  2. Despite the somewhat questionable name to some, the mission is actually really well set up with lots of little details! It's going to be a good one!
  3. Altis Logi Crates can't be spawned, seems like the cones are in the way.
  4. I had high hopes of Bornholm but so far it has only been a disappointment. Had a fly-over in Zeus and saw nothing that stood out to host a cool mission on either...
  5. I didn't do much besides the 2 checkpoints tbh. The continuous streams of soft vehicles past Rogain was all Stiletto.
  6. Thank you for *not* noticing my subtle Zeusing to enhance it, seems like I did a good job then
  7. KPJ, wai thank you. Also it's bulky and ugly, but it's cool too
  8. Confirm, first on Bornholm now also on Lythium. AI does the walking animation but doesn't move physically. Civs also start bouncing up and down rapidly around the same time the bug occurs. Not all AI is affected though. Would almost think it's an issue with HC's?
  9. When a player is reported it is reviewed by staff and discussed, many a time we choose not to sanction because it's such a minor detail that we feel that it will just blow over and everyone will get along the next day. When a player is dragged aside and warned or on the verge of a larger sanction like a ban we always inquire with both the reporting player and the player who is assumed to be in violation. We listen to both sides and are happy to give the benefit of the doubt when proper arguments are in place and things are handled in a mature way. We're quite forgiving when it comes to AWE because the player base is quite close. Honestly, we don't want to ban anyone, that would be ideal. Because we all know you guys and you guys all know us. But there are times when things just get taken too far and someone needs to sit in the corner for a week or two to relax and overthink their actions. While everyone has their opinions about others I observe that personal grudges are really not an issue and things are handled very professionally without taking sides prematurely or at all. Even though some of you have already made your decision to move on, perhaps such a backlash was needed to really get the ball rolling, so please, give us a chance to improve and handle all your complaints. It shouldn't be needed to have such a backlash to get things going at all, but it happened and I think that all of the staff agrees that we are very sorry it has had to come this far and that we are very willing to improve and take this as a lesson and not have it happen again. Lastly I'd like to give my personal opinion: All things said and the huge backlash and pitchforks do hurt me. As far as I know, I do my job and I do it well, seeing the forums spammed with memes and hurtful comments hits me too. I understand a lot of the anger, but please take some of your comments into consideration.
  10. Clothing style is similar to what we had on Prometheus.
  11. Having the privilege to see all gamenight files beforehand I can tell this is going to be a fun one. You've been giving exactly what you'll need Sadly I can't make it to this one due to a weekend-long IPSC match.
  12. That was class. Really fun and something different Thanks Benjamin!
  13. "Casual" Patrol, Vietnam Era Style.
  14. This one is going to be an interesting one, during testing it had the ShacTac vibe, that's something I'd like to try
  15. When you get multiple reports a week about FSG becoming a nuisance I wouldn't call it painting over the problem when so many people are so fed up with it. Besides, FSG is still there: behind the command request wall, where he can make the squad available when he feels the need for it, and not have to deal with arguments in base ruining everyone's experience. FSG is what killed FSG. Think about that.
  16. Bug Stilleto 020: Once a player dies, he doesn't show up in the Squad Select menu for the period of being dead, therefore the dead player can be booted from his slot by another player selecting his role.
  17. I'm talking about public transport. Down south and up north it's horrible.
  18. I've met up with my clan in the UK before. That was fun. It's doable, but it needs to be in a place easily accessible by train/plane. Anything from over the big pond is probably too expensive for a quick weekend. From Europe, it's doable to meet in the UK anywhere where the budget airlines go. (Bristol/Doncaster/Manchester/etc.) Same goes for the Netherlands, trains are quite reasonable from Amsterdam Schiphol to anywhere, really. (I'd suggest not going too far to the north or south, transport becomes atrocious there...)
  19. *bump* Training for the IPSC/IAPS Dutch Open of 2017. Definitely not going to win, but the team's trying to get as high in the rankings as possible.
  20. PROMETHEUS FINALE When : Saturday 28th October, 1845 UK LOCAL (GMT +1) Server: EU3/AWE Briefing / Planning: 1830 UK LOCAL (GMT +1) Mission Start: 1900 UK LOCAL (GMT +1) Map: Altis Mods: Standard AWE First person lock: No Loadouts: Pre-set with limited supplies Respawns: Yes Mission Length: ~120 minutes. Factions: BLUFOR (USMC) vs OPFOR (SPA, Russian equipped) JIP: Available Number of Slots: 40-ish (with 2 Zeus operator) Sign Up Link: https://goo.gl/forms/7IqTDXyg3FDAjZiH2 Current Roster, definitely not final: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1x6CFomY4NSya17qefFCD7F6Cuyt2xNyIeNOgs6gbVwk/edit?usp=sharing Debrief: We've secured a fair few of SPA officers. Meanwhile, we've also liberated a fair few towns towards the west of the airfield and stopped a large resupply convoy, causing further SPA militia to surrender to our north and east. We're now ready to make our final push and liberate the rest of Altis! Mission brief: We've been resupplied and have had some heavy ordinance dropped of at the airfield. We're now coming in strong with a final push on Kavala. We're going secure a FOB just outside Kavala before we head into town. Where we will secure multiple strongpoints, the hospital and the construction yards and offices. We expect the last remaining SPA to flee towards the ancient castle in Kavala. We're going to corner them there and finish this once and for all. While we do have armoured support, Kavala is the capital of Altis and we should try to limit damage to buildings and properties. Expect the SPA to become desperate and using guerrilla tactics to fend us off. Any questions, comments or suggestions should be posted below. P.s. This is the final mission in the Prometheus series -awwwww - Thanks to everyone who has been part of this amazing journey! Regards, KPJ
