    Or I drag my friend along that knows what he is doing, Ithibk that works too :)

     

    Jokes aside, you give some good ideas, but some are more difficult to master (judging distance by object size) especially the fact I am no dank MLG full-time sniper. I just want than to jump in and actually shoot instead of being a support who carries someone's ass from spawn to lz and from lz to AO (Yes, I actually did that a couple of times)

    It is not about the thermals, I couldn't care less about them. The reason why I think the rangefinder on a scope is almost mandatory is because otherwise you are relying way to much on your spotter. Some give you precise distances whilst other day "The target is round about 700 meters away". If anyone plays sniper, they know that guessing ain't the way to go if you are planning to be ammo effecient. If someone says 756 meters that I. An accurately estimate where that is on my scope.

     

    It simply removes the frustration from others...

    Where are the scopes for the sniper rifles and the marksman rifles? There is only 1 viable scope really for the rifles, whilst there are normally so many of them, like the nightstalker, a one shop stop for any long distance engagement...

     

    Can someone explain?

    A follow up is indeed a thing I am thinking about, but I'll still need to get accustomed with the EU#3 mods first, than draw up a scenario in which we can train it. Big chance I'll just stick with vanilla for a while since school is about to begin again.

     

    Maybe I'll begin working on a real scenario, I was told bling about something for a while....

     

    Short version, I am thinking about a follow up but it will take a while before I have inspiration for one.

    Depends, I would say. I say the latest that we can accept people into the course is after swapping for the second time, since then you still have nothing too major of a disadvantage. Later and it is simply too hard, in that case that you are still determined, maybe I could take you apart as Zeus and speed through the course.

    Hello everyone, The event is taking place oncoming saturday and it will begin at 18:30. Place is very limited (8 students max) to see if there is a demand for this. If we atleast get 4 people to attend as students, that need the training (dont be a scrub), the flgith school will take place on EU #4.

    well, I think the diversity ain't the problem (FOB aircraft included), but the way FOB's spawn.

    It happens way to many times that FOB's don't spawn as soon as the AO that they spawn in is completed. This sometimes leads to people having to fly from base to AO without any other FOB's to start from, meaning that all they will see (friendly) is the occasional hunter and 0 variation of helicopters.....

    - being available on TeamSpeak to talk to other members without cluttering the in game chat.

    - A good mood ;)

    Hello everyone!

     

    ill be hosting an event at Ahoyworld soon, which is currently being setup. I am looking for people that are willing to act as mentors for a flight school (yea it is coming back :) ). There are currently 2 slots open for that. If you aren't interested in teaching or aren't sure you are skilled enough at piloting, you are also welcome to sign up as a student. Once the event is properly setup on the EU#4 server, more information will be announced.

    Hello everone,

     

    Some of you might have noticed that I haven't been on for a couple of days now on the forums and in the servers. The main reason, well.....

     

    .....I just lost my 2 best friends and I am completely wrecked by it. I decided to post this so I atleast can share my loss with the world and feel better.

     

    I do not know when I recover, I neither do not know when I'll be back. I need to heal from this.

     

    Christmas without my friends, I am going to cry :'(

    EU1, my first impressions ramble

    Pubs are pubs, but EU#1 is still not safe for rampaging tanks. Yes they are less common now but it only takes a good crew of 3 using vehicle chat to talk to wipe out multiple AO's before needing to restock on ammo again.

     

    Still, the underwater side ops are pretty organised. They will be your best shot at order at EU#1
