Dont bother with me replying in a negative way to your (wonderfull) posts.

Im just drunk and without a proper dedication to spend my money and time.

    Yea.

    Hate me.

    I m used to it.

Uuuum, I am not gonna hate you for being straightforward with me. There are some flaws in my idea, that's true. But that is also why I put my idea on the forums, so that people can react to it, so you can change the idea until you reach a satisfying result.

Never be afraid of me hating on you, it takes a lot more than a post to make me hate you ;)

  2. Back to the topic, you also should take into consideration the sound you heard. If it is like a normal gun, I tell the gunners to open their eyes and obliterate the annoyances on the ground. If it is more like an explosion, than I fly to the nearest hill or sharp drop...

If it beeps I nope the **** out of there!

  3. From my experience, FOBs are pretty easy to take, since they are pretty empty and flat beforehand. Every time one has to be captured, it is just the AT destroying the armor in a minute, the marshalls and the hunters destroying the infantry and the rest is just there to clean up whatever didn't die.

So my suggestion is that we turn the FOB missions into siege missions (hear me out on this one before going to the comment section):

-FOB are heavily fortified, think about walls, stationary defenses and minefields. Thus requiring planning and not sheer force to take.

-If OPFOR thinks that it is gonna lose, reinforcements will be called unless the radio tower can be destroyed first.

    - Walls and minefields are placed in such a way that vehicles can get through, but at such a speed that they can easily be picked off from a distance, unless when the infantry cleans the mines up so that armor could advance at a faster rate.

    Okay, what is your opinion?

  4. I have been playing SE for a while now and now I feel comfortabele with the New pro's n cons of my System, I am willing to host sessions for People to enjoy. Please Let me know if you are interested or think that this topic doesnt belong here (ill take it Down in that case).

  5. Sorry for the late upload, internet and steam where being annoying.

Anyway, the link is down below and is valid for 7 days! Make sure to use it!

EDIT: I am a derp and inserted the wrong file XD.

    How to use:

Simply download the file and copy it to MPmissions in the location you installed arma 3. Open it than in the eden editor and there ya go!

Feedback on the thread or by PM is always welcome!

  6. holy shit I got quoted in the original post, I feel honored :)

Jokes aside, when you are the pilot, you are in charge of the aircraft and you are 99/100 times responsible for the crashes.

If you feel uneasy with how things are at the moment, simply run and turn later back. There is no shame in living to fly another day.

And if they are yelling at you, tell them that they should come in the pilot seat and fly the heli towards the LZ whilst a tank/tigris is just casually waiting there.

  7. Big and important news!

Lads, tomorrow, the first public version of the spawn goes live! Ill put out a link to the drop box.

    How do I use it?

Simply follow the link, download the spawn file. Put it in the MPmission section and open it in the editor.

    Why?

I am putting this build out for public testing because I want to get as much feedback from as many people as possible!

    Any special things to know?

Yes, first of all. Don't copy/modify/distribute without my permission over PM. Also good to know is that the link will be Temporarily avaible!

The link will be valid for 1 week, after that it will not be accessible anymore. You can ask however over PM for a copy, but I cant guarantee that I am busy already at that moment with a new build, in which case the request will be denied, in all other cases you will get a copy

Again, give me as much feedback, tips, questions, hate comments as you can!

I've tried several times in the past, but it's possible an update has made it possible since.

In my past experience, the second your target vehicle moves, the sling will cancel.

That is possible, but as Long as the crosshair doesnt go too far from the Target, the lock and the progressieve should remain.

  9. If anyone Ever was online during me doing it, but when I get the Chance and the AO is near the sea, I pickup people, load em into a boat, slingload it and drop en close to the surface at about 120 km/h. It is awesomme lemme Tell you!

  10. I was thinking about this scenario for Quite a     while now and I thought I would fling it onto the Community. My question is, would my actions be acceptabele in the scenario I would describe below?

    The scenario:

Random person is in a Hunter/offroad armed/e tc and is ramming People and equipment at the base. I Will than be the huron pilot that watches mayhem unfold and decided to slingload him and drop him off at a location far away or simply inpossible for him to get out of.

Underwater missions are tricky. I've made a couple in Zeus before and to be honest enemy divers normally destroy you before you can even see them 9 times out of 10. A mission were you have to insert via sea is possible though.

Zeus Mission which used insertion over seas? Take note People!
