Apologies for taking a while to reply.
I'm willing to give you another chance as this event was actually December 2015 and you've had time to look back and evaluate.
Please dont let me see you get banned again as it will be a permanent ban again.

Try disabling shack tack is your arma 3 sync. The correct key isn't on the server yet. It's all todo with the recent arma update.

Hello AWE players,
In the background we have been busy milling away, trying to brainstorm ideas to shape the future of AWE into something that's refined and easy to play. Someone suggested an idea. We've all had internal votes on the idea and we believe its going to revolutionise the way we play AWE.
The change is that we would like to change AWE into a FULL MIL SIM server. This change may take time to edit the mission files ect but we should get it done by the end of today. As an added bonus we are only allowing donators to join for the first weeks off testing.
Hope you guys can support us in our endeavours.

To anyone that might be reading this, pestering staff to have your ban appeal reviewed quicker will only result in your ban being lengthened.
OK back to the appeal. You were banned for Abuse. After checking our logs you've been highlighted as misbehaving on multiple separate days. March 15th, March 22nd and the day of the ban March 26th. Each of the logs show behaviour that we wouldn't deem acceptable on Ahoyworld.

Seeing as you've put many hours into our server and that its been over a year since the ban was placed, i am willing to unban you.

We have a lot of evidence of you breaking the rules and most of it is really unacceptable and unwelcome on Ahoyworld.
During these 9 months i do hope you have reviewed and refined how you behave around your fellow players.
I am willing to give you a second chance and un-ban you. Under one condition. Any more rule-breaking will result in a permanent ban with NO! chance of appeal.
Please review the general rules and AWE rules again. Keep out of trouble.

You where most definitely not offline when the ban was put in place.
This is copied right from the ban report:
"The player came into the server and teamkilled 1 pub player and i warned him to not do it again, he said "LOL" then 2 minutes later killed his clan mate, i then kicked him. About 5 minutes later he returned into the game i warned him that if he teamkilled again he would be banned, about 15 minutes later he killed a team mate again, then i placed the ban" Does this jog your memory?

Ahoyworld has a zero policy on Advertisement of any sort. The official Ahoyworld Teampeak server is running so that people like you can join, ask for a channel to be made or go into the EU1 channel and talk there. There is no excuse that you didn't see it if you where going to use that one anyway. The link is everywhere.
30 guys or two guys in your squad doesn't mean its OK.
The In-game VON works very well now and you can hear people as light as day, not much need for Teamspeak.
Yes, giving people the IP to your Teamspeak server is most definitely advertising. If you added them on steam and sent them the IP there is nothing wrong with that.

There just seems to be way too many coincidences.
With your ip location in the same city.
Same names of appeltaartt.
And that you where looking at a ban appeal from someone who you know.
Because of this Im keeping the permanent ban

So after a long discussion within the team we've decided to keep it as a 8 day ban. After speaking to the relevant people we worked out you must of heard something as kingfisher understood the message who was your copilot.
Please take this as a final warning as the next infraction will be a permanent ban.

The admin team have had multiple discussions with you on team speak about issues as they arise, all of which you apologise to. These seem to fix the problem for a couple of days and then you are back mucking about.
I am willing to give you ONE FINAL chance. Id like to make it crystal clear that this means any breaking of the rules, no matter how big or small, will result in a ban from EU1,EU2,AWE,EU4 & Teamspeak and any other server that we run. This would also mean it CANNOT be appealed.
Although you have had way to many chances i believe it was a maturity issue at the time. I hope that you can prove to us that you can make an effort to start thinking before acting and listen to the chain of command.
I know you have exams coming up very soon and id hope you spend more time studying for them rather than on ahoy. Until they are finished.
I'm not going to be around on team speak until mid June as I'm studying for exams as well, but ill still be on rcon and the whole team have be notified on the decision.
Please don't let us down!
