Looks good so far, maybe a bit of a visual tweak, most of the clips look dated like and flat / cartoony looks like Counter Strike or other FPS games from 5 or 6 years ago, and from a few other reviews I watched could also do with being a bit more hardcore, do away with the team outline and the heartbeat sensor can go too,

weird, have you tried deleting the Mission files from the multiplayer cache, your saved mission file might be corrupt, but intact enough to let you load in?? go to C:\Users\*username*\AppData\Local\Arma 3\MPMissionsCache and delete the I&A .pbo's re-enter the server and let it download again and since you're not running any mods, other then above or your connecting when server is full I can't think of anything else that would kick you or stop you joining the server can you check if you get an .rpt entry when you crash / get punted out they're found here C:\Users\*username*\AppData\Local\Arma 3 open with notepad++ and usually the last few lines will tell you what's causing the crash
