  1. I don't think its that much of a problem, the people who play EU3 are mostly smart enough to not go running round with an M14 EBER as a medic even though its in the arsenal. Even if a new player makes a mistake it only takes a friendly word to set them on the straight and narrow. The weapon and uniform people use contributes to the fun factor of the experience, and ultimately Arma is a game for ejoyment purposes.

As for matching uniforms, as long as it looks NATO-ish and not Russian green or includes a turban, friendly fire will not be a problem

On another note I would like to see the arsenal unlocked or have a look at a mod I shall link when on desktop that allows a functional whitelist so that all kits can be loaded but gives ability to let the server change items or remove them from the kit as it is being loaded.

This is a good point, it gets infuriating when the loadouts are completely greyed out, even if it could just tell us which items are not allowed so we could change it offline

  3. Why not we give this new ruling a trial period? Say two weeks? If operations are normal, then make it permanent. During this period, we take feedbacks via the forum

I agree, feedback so far has been 95% negative or constructive criticism, while I understand and agree that piloting is not ok in its current state, there are better ways to fix it than adding more rules that are largely unwelcomed. Give it a while and then open up another thread or something to get feedback once more then act on that.
