Currently, yes.
I would suggest try appealing this ban in a couple of months, if you will still be interested to play on our servers.
You knew what you were doing, you recieved a kick for it, but you kept going down the road with the same behaviour. A punishment needs to be given out for that, hence the ban stays.

Well, you already used the 2nd chance, when you recieved a kick and then continued with your behaviour.

The way BTC revive works is, it either uses a FAK for a revive or it doesnt, simple as that.
The reason why you ned FAKs to revive, is for medics to keep an eye on their supplies. It also stops people from taking up medic slots, so they have heal/revive options for playing as a soldier with RPG and tons of explosive charges. That kinda forces them to do their job and focus on the medical assistance.

You recieved a kick on that day, from EU2. Later that day, you were still playing music on EU1, hence you got banned. The permanent one was applied when I checked some logs and saw what you were saying and what music were you playing.

I`ve thought about this mission as well. It could be organized as an EVENT. *hint hint*
For the start, I would keep it basic/vanilla as possible for the first run, just to see how stable/good it is.

No, members can create their own temporary channels.
We are not having permanent channels unless we are hosting the server for that game. DCS channel is an exception due to some testing being done in DCS over weekends by our members, hence why is that channel permanent.

In my personal opinion, I wouldn`t have an issue you air-lifting him out of the base if it prevents any further mayhem. Make sure he knows why are you doing it and DO NOT drop him out of the sky (to kill him) unless he tries to damage your heli.
As people pointed out, a player report option is also available. Make sure you catch plenty evidence before submitting it.

The main reason you got banned is not just the name, its also ingnoring admin orders and requests.
I warned you about the name via RCON in-game the other day. Decided to ignore it the next day and kept using the name. You got kicked in game and from TS as well, with the message to change your name. You ignored the game one and decide to rejoin with the same name. In TS you have changed it, but into a very generic one. You recieved another kick to pick a proper name, yet you reconnected with a different generic name.
Then you recieved a ban on the game servers and TS because I had feeling you were simply mocking our request and trying to push the limit of our patience.
Your bans will be lifted on Sunday around 12.00 CEST.

I believe those restrictions were put it due to people executing code via various random letters.

Any type of thermal scopes were removed from everyone beside squad leaders with a reason. The reason was a lot of temkilling was happening, where people were sitting on top of a hill, shooting inside the AO, not able to distuguish between friendlies and foes.
I understand your reason why the snipers should have it, we will think about introducing it again to snipers only (not spotters).

I am gonna point out again, we have mechanism to report players/admins. You had a chance to post a ban appeal, which you denied.
Those videos mean nothing to me, the 1st one even shows you teamkilling, altough its clearly stated in rules you are not allowed to retaliate. 2nd one just show how big of a foul language you have. Is the 3rd one supposed to show you having some special kills? Anyone can kill bots like that.

Then I don`t know how, your ban was somehow deleted from the logs (might have something to do with some internal stuff we were busy with) and you got banned again for advertising another Teamspeak address on September 10th. This time you used the name of DevilsUrn.
You see why this is ban evasion? You do, don`t you?
Then you came on Teamspeak and decide to annoy one of the admins about your ban. He has pointed you towards the forums and ban appeals, but you said no, you ain`t gonna do that. I do have that chat saved. You joined the next day and procceded with same behaviour. We had enough of you and banned you of Teamspeak.

As of you blaming us and saying we have double standards, if an admin was not present (you know, some of us do have a life), we are advertising on our servers that we do have a "Player report" function.
I do have to be honest and share my opinion with you. If you would kept your temper and posted a ban appeal, a lot of stuff could have been discussed in it. You refused that and now you are posting this "flame" topic. Seriously, why? Is there something bothering you IRL? Internet is no place to release you anger, especially in a nice community like AhoyWorld is. I do suggest you seek some professional help, its not healthy to be angry as this. One of our members always says: "If you are angry/annoyed/pissed off, take a walk. Seriously, it works". Try that don`t you.
Any more flaming post/topics from you, we will be forced to apply a site ban as well.

Actually, if I/we do anymore edits to the mission, we probably will be removed the Buzzard, due to the change of CAS script, there is no point of keeping it.

I have spoken to the banning admin, it seems you aren`t being completly honest.
You have been seen mass teamkilling twice, once under the name of Harry, the second time after your current name. Your "love" for the server doesn`t seem truthful. It sounds like you love to create a mess in the base, something that is on the top of our list of forbiden actions.
If you are still interested into playing here, try posting a new ban appeal in 6 months.

You are still not being honest in the appeal. If you dont remember, I am really sorry, but we don`t ban appeals where the person tries to avoid the consequences by saying they have no idea why they were banned. I don`t believe you don`t remember, unless this has happened of other servers as well and you don`t know the exact reason you were banned here.
