At least you aknowledge that you must have said and done something wrong, even if it was after a chat with an admin on TS (although it`s something we don`t like, the whole process should be done via forums). I think current system "simulates" actual stats in a firefight pretty good. If you get shot by small caliber (5.556,6.5,5.8mm), you usually go into a "downed" state, unless you get shot it the face. If a higher caliber hits near you or you, you should be getting greater injuries, usually results in death (vehicle rounds). As Piranha mentioned, maybe they should adjust their gameplay, maybe going in "rambo" (as I see many players on our server do) isn`t a good idea. It has happened to me that I`ve managed to assist in 3 AOs as a infantry role without dying, getting around 30 kills (not that it matters).

Warning was done by the servers service that checks chat for inappropriate words. We revise all logs once or twice per week for naughty words, that is where you popped up and recieved a ban. A simple apology would have been fine and the penalty would have been shortened, that is what I meant with my first reply. Check init.sqf and initserver.sqf, both have a line at the top (line 12) that say enableSaving false; See this: https://community.bistudio.com/wiki/enableSaving Adjust that "false" parameter to what you want. I belive that is the only param in charge of that. I am not sure if the mission is actually designed to be saved and then resumed, try it out.

For the stuff you were doing, only a perma ban was an option.

The info you posted is really confusing and contradicting. You are relatively new to Arma, but you think you got banned between April and September 2016? Could you post your Arma3 PID (player ID number), found in your Arma profile?

you got me really confused with the "ban reason", no way bans work like that it is a mission glitch, we fix it by restarting the mission/server if you are being AFK, please refer from it, if you go AFK for 5+ minutes, press Escape (so Arma menu opens) and press Alt+F4, it instantly closes Arma No action required I guess. I belive we can now conclued this, you`ve told your side of story, althogh it`s still slightly different from what many moderators have stated. Like stated above, appeal again in 6 months and I`ll review it again.

I really don`t want to sound rude, but have you even read my post? It clearly states why you were banned. Stuff you were warned for (prior to yesterday): 2x inappropriate/false language disregarding orders (recieved a kick) Yesterdays incident: not playing your role/teamkilling (after crashing 2x due to your own mistakes, you avoided discussion by ragequitting, leaving all INF troops without a pilot/transport. Moderators had to use teleport function for players to be able to complete the mission) repeatedly trying to take off in the heli before all infantry members were on-board (disrupting gameplay for other players) foul langugage over SR radio multiple times (rings a bell?) ramming a vehicle in base lying to a moderator Before the moderator pressed the ban button, he did approach you, you lied to his face and said you rammed it by accident. You also added that people want you banned. You showed no willingness for cooperation back then, so the moderator pushed the button. Do you see the same pattern we do? I`ve checked some logs we keep and it seems you`ve been warned and kicked a couple of times because of your behaviour. Today, you`ve done 2 silly things, you only believe the last one was the reason that you were banned. The incidents today were a drop over the edge. You gave the Moderators no other choice to slap you with a ban. This was not a single incident, you`ve been messing around a lot in the last couple of months. We take rules seriously and everyone that plays the Enhanced server, will follow them. Server being a "milsim" or not, you have no right to behave like that on the server. You`ve been calling people names, you`ve been disrupting gameplay on many occasions. Completely unacceptable. You`re saying you`ve been "black-listed". Not really, but we do keep track of behaviour on Enhanced server a lot more than on public servers. Each person, that breaks rules in succession, is tracked. You weren`t instantly banned after the 1st slip, but moderators have spoken to you about it, you`ve been give a warning. That can only be followed by a ban. Me and Mods have been having a discussion about you for quite some time, before this ban was even applied, that your next offence will be a perma ban with an option of appeal in 6 months. I`ve seen moderators saying that you were told that after the previous incident. I am keeping this decission, please post another ban appeal in mid May 2017. The thing is, you know you said the N word, but it wasn`t in the context you are reffering to, hence why the ban appeal was denied. Try posting another ban appeal in a couple of months.
