I am confused as well, I`ve been told you were in a Slammer, wasting anyone that spawned at the Terminal FOB. I don`t see that as defending yourself. You have agreed to our rules when you wanted to play on our server. It clearly states no teamkilling is allowed, same goes for retaliation for teamkills. Please, use a EDIT function and don`t post 4 replies in a row.

First part of the reason doesn`t match what the admin wrote in the ban report, the second one does match. Which one you think got you banned? The other things, do you vaguely remember when you were banned? (a year ago is not the correct answer)

I`ve spoken to 2 guys and saw a video of your behaviour, I didn`t see/hear the same story.

At first, I am sorry that I haven`t read all the post, to lazy right now. Have we not tried this some time ago and players complained about the squad sizes being to big and ST Hud taking over to much screen?

Actually, I`ve done some digging and checking the IPs. Should I just say "Nice try bro"? I bet you thought "my IP has changed, I should come up with a lie that I bought the Steam account on eBay (which is totally legit) and post a ban appeal". I am sorry, but this is the worse (or the best) excuse I have ever seen. Lying about this just made you lose your option to get the ban removed. I am still willing to give you another chance, but the offence that you made is very severe and it needs a sligthly longer duration of punishment. Its done via Eden editor. By file getting messed up, you mean if you try opening it with Notepad+, it contains strange sings? There is a option in Eden editor that you can untick. It`s something like "Binarize mission file". Untick that.

One of your members was banned on Thursday for posting your squads Teamspeak IP in the chat, with a intention to recruit new members or just to lure our players to your TS. A ban appeal was posted and I was told he was not the person in charge of recruiting in your "squad". The reason he posted the TS IP, was because he thought A3 VON is bad and wanted to have a clearer comms with players. To me, that is a BS explanation. We host our own TS, we post(ed) our TS address in many places, so players use that when playing on our servers. On Saturday morning, I open my RCON and I see around 5 of your "members" playing on EU1. Guess what happens a couple of minutes later? One of them posts that IP again. I banned the person and looked into our server logs what have your members been up to. I`ve come up against heavy advertising, mostly for your TS server so I`ve made the call to remove your whole "squad" from our servers. They told people were asking for the address, but logs showed no such thing, so I assumed you were doing it via VON and then just posting the IP in the chat. That is why I decided to remove all of you. You can`t play on our server anymore to prevent any further advertising of your servers. It is all thanks to COs of your "squad" for thinking its allright to do that. You joined our server, with that you accepted to follow our rules, but you broke the rules by advertising your service. If it would have been a one time occasion, we might have lifted the ban a couple of weeks down the road. The logs revealed the full story and the extent of it. It seems that either you said something in the background and TS picked it up or you were mistaken for someone else, but some people on TS said that someone a naughty word and left the channel. They thought it was you, according from the TS system logs. We can`t be sure, so we are lifting the ban. If it was you, do not let it happen again. If it wasn`t, don`t instantly change channel when saying something and then disconnect from the TS. Ban is/will be lifted in next hour (depended on CS gods will). Ban appeal SUCCESSFUL. You are honest, but a punishment still has to take place. The ban will be lifted a week from your ban, Tuesday December 13th, hopefully around 18.00 CET / 17.00 UTC.
