Just a minor one, been trying out the autonomous GMG and MG backpacks.
They might be a little over the top as available assets.
With a Prowler I was able to bring 4 of them to an AO, Despite them being a UAV asset, they automatically engage any enemy they see, so don't really need a UAV guy to be effective. (they correctly ID friendly/enemies, so you can place them without giving a damn)
Additionally the GMG has quite a large ammo load out, and can level most buildings in 3-5 shots. (essentially you have enough ammo to flatten ~20 buildings)
Thankfully it seems no-one's noticed that as (for example) a sniper they could take a couple of these to watch their backs on a hillside.
Or just set up a bunch overlooking a city to annihilate any enemy that becomes visible for a millisecond.
They seem a bit too potent for I&A3
I was trying to find these yesterday but for the life of me couldn’t find them in the arsenal. What is the secret sauce needed?

I didn’t get to play the insurgence night as other activities prevailed ( new 3D printer to build and set up) but I do appreciate the effort Johnson and Millipilly have gone to to reinvigorate the server and think there should be a re think to include a full time Serbian faction.

Some feedback from last night (3rd Oct) Serbian Army. Came in as rifleman LAT, standard issue was short range mortars? Shouldn’t that be an AT RPG of some sort with the RPG backpack as standard? Couldn’t seem to get a decent launcher from the Serbian Arsenal. Struggling to find a decent weapon and sights combo that suit my crappy abilities, seems like the M21 with RCO worked on Monday, that was a great combat BTW. Stupid question, why no personal radios? Great work by Johnson and Minipily

I have fixed this now. I deleted anything teamspeak related, all the mods, and reloaded from the depository. All is now good

I am having exactly the same issue. Returned from 4 days away, when I left all was working, on return I could not connect to AWE so reloaded all the addons from armasync, game now starts but TS pipe will not switch to AWE. Tried updating from inside the folder, still no go.

As far as I know things/players are prespawned at the (0,0)-coordinate of the map, if this hasn´t been changed...Maybe it is worth a try to check if something is there when you can´t find it in the AO because it might just hasn´t been moved (We had that a hell-of-a-lot versions back sometimes with objects and even players upon spawning).[emoji848] And if it isn´t there that might at least be valuable for troubleshooting.[emoji3]

I suspect we found a bug last night, 11/9/18, on the rescue crate mission. 3 of us searched the whole AO for 2 hours, every building searched marked with a dot on the map to ensure nothing was missed, killed many enemy and insurgents, never found the crate, only found a secondary EI camp crate. Eventually had to cancel the mission. Same thing the day before with the rescue 2 downed pilots mission. Found the crash site OK, downloaded intel OK, never found the 2 pilots at the removed location. That has happened before with the rescue mission.
Loving the remove fog button, and the British Army theme though.

Don't put the charges ontop of the crate, put them right next to it.

I may have found a bug with the find and destroy weapons cache. I like located the cache, it was a small crate not the arsenal type. It was too heavy to drag or carry out of the 1st floor of the building so I planted 2 charges and blew them. The building collapsed and the crate ended up in the street. I planted another charge and that didn’t work either. So I loaded it o to a truck and took it to a safe area, re-spawned and planted 3 more charges onto it and blew them. Still no good. Re spawned again and planted 3 more charges and as I was arming them the crate took off vertically and started to whistle then the mission complete tag came up.

Small update release: added a command in mission control to remove fog (it's a button on the right side), a fix for the jammer mission, and forward compatibility for RHS in the arsenal.
Excellent, a fog killer button, thank you. Now, it may be me but on the second part of the find downed helicopter crash site mission, which is the find and rescue the 2 pilots from a local village mission, on the 3 occasions I have tried this I have never found the 2 pilots. I am fairly positive as I scoured the area for at least an hour and never saw any trace. Not even AI or any locals. So is this a bug or is it my ineptitude?

The weather used to change over time but that resulted in some particularly awful fog events, so no, it will not change. If you want to change the weather get into a command position (SL or PC) and change it at the whiteboard (assuming that still works).
Well yesterday the fog did get worse during the day, or seemed to. Maybe it was my eyes getting tired.

Hi all, hope this is in the right thread. Is there any way that the fog can be removed from AWE maps ? Or at least reduced to a sensible level. Yesterday I couldn’t see more than 400 meters horizontally and 90 meters vertical. It was very nearly unplayable, especially in darkness. I like my games to be pretty and these islands have some amazing graphics.

Repo update was done OK, battleye now working but I cannot joint the AWE server. Comes up session lost all the time.

Tried that Stan. Put the the GMG on the ground and went to the vehicle to get the tripod turned back and the cleanup script had removed the GMG inside 20 seconds
