Now then, it's no big secret that Invade & Annex has always been the primary AhoyWorld project leaving Minecraft (which we've actually hosted longer) to be neglected and left aside. This neglect however is all about to change, in the next few days we'll be rolling out some new minecraft changes and features to our vanilla server. This first major change in our vanilla server is that we'll have not only one server, but three main servers with an extra mini server on the side. Our four new servers will be: SurvivalJust like the current world, this will all be carried over. CreativeA creative world with no limits to let your imagination fly! Hub worldThis is an entirely new map to AhoyWorld, this'll be an entirely seperate world with portals leading out to both the Survival and Creative servers. This map will have mobs and PvP turned off (the only way to die here is to drown or to fall). Event worldEvery so often we'll hold minecraft events, access to these events will be through a permanent portal on the Hub world with the destination changing for each event. I'll leave you with a few pictures of our progress so far, all we can really say is that we're working really really hard getting it ready for a full rollout! I was personally getting it about 5 times a day through pokes and pm's about issues on our arma servers when there is several arma III admins on, they'd just not checked for admins before going to the top It's not really an issue if we're not busy, but for the last few days we have been busy with meetings that it can be a pain to jump in and out again when there are several perfectly capable arma admins on Not quite sure how the core staff team playing payday from time to time comes into this though?

Please could everyone who has a problem on our game servers always look for a game server admin first. As core staff we are constantly dealing with messages and we can't always spare the time to go and sort out in game issues when we have game server admins specifically available for this very task. So, in future please make sure you message a game server admin before core staff unless it's a problem only we can deal with. Ah, don't know why it's hating on me. Gotta love it's damage model though.

I understand how Ahoy+ subscribers should get extra perks. However, I think making a restricted forum splits the community into who has and who hasn't. It'll become an area where subscribers stick to each other and non subscribers stick to each other. It would split the community too much to be viable. Ahoy+ events are a little more feasible however it still takes planning, we can't shut out non subscribers completely since subscribing is a choice and we don't discriminate against those who don't.

We did used to have it setup that we'd have a survival and a creative server, however that's recently been restructured. It's a great idea and I'd love to see it too, minecraft servers do take up a lot of resources though.

Bought the alpha, looks sweet. Quite heavy on frames though, could use optimization. For an alpha it's great!
