With the arrival of German forces in the region Russian leadership have begun a desperate assault against our last hold outs in the region. Russian Forces from other theatres have been reassigned to our region to support this assault. An enemy break through east of Nadbor has cut our main supply route in half and threatens our regional HQ from the north. Regional leadership has nowhere else to escape to. If we lose the position or HQ is wiped out it is inevitable that we lose the region. All our efforts and successes will have been for nought. Enemy forces are also making a push into Nadbor and have already reached the town’s edge. We must repel the assault on the regional HQ, doing so will also relieve the eastern flank of Nadbor from which we can then swoop in to relieve Nadbor itself. From this position we would also be able to resecure the MSR. While the Bundeswehr is too busy holding the west flank to support us directly, they have sent us equipment including an attack helicopter, and several armed MRAP’s. The enemy is steadily pushing us further back, but NATO reinforcements are finally making their way into our region. The only problem is that the only road capable of supporting the force is currently in enemy hands and closely watched by enemy AT positions. The closest friendly position to that road at Radar Point Swarog is currently receiving a large volume of enemy forces attempting to take the position. If we lose that position the enemy will be able to reach our centre and destroy our defences from the inside. We will need to move in an defend Swarog. Once the enemy is expelled from the perimeter we can move and secure that road and disable any AT emplacements we come across. Once the emplacements are dealt with, we can give all clear to our NATO allies. With the AAA destroyed along the northern frontline we can send in friendly jets for support. While there is no AAA in the area we must still be wary of manpads and enemy jets. Despite this the Russian momentum in the Nadbor region is still firm. It is expected that if this persists the entire region will be under Russian control within 2 weeks. On the advice of NATO intelligence LDF Command has concluded that the Nadbor region must be held. NATO is finally sending troops. Specifically, to aid in the retaking of the Nadbor Region. It will take time to get these troops over here though, so it is crucial that the Russian momentum is halted. Russian troops in other regions are not as organised and effective as they are in the Nadbor region. Corruption in leadership has led to troops being ill equipped, poorly organised, and generally ineffective in strategy. NATO intelligence suggest that the exception to this reality, General Vladislav Brev, oversees the Nadbor front. Explaining why the Russians have been more effective in this region. If Brev was removed from command, it is likely the current momentum will halt, and a counteroffensive can begin. LDF is deploying special forces and sniper teams to find and kill the general. Additionally, the special forces should make use of this opportunity to gather intel on enemy plans and disrupt enemy activity by destroying, or otherwise dealing with, points of interest. Special forces will paradrop into enemy territory by HALO drop. Sniper teams will already start in enemy territory performing recon on enemy positions as the server opens. Despite a fierce defence and high Russian casualties, the LDF has been pushed back at every turn. However, it is clear that the Russians did not expect to meet the resistance that they did. The town of Topolin was abandoned by LDF forces before the fighting and artillery barrage would intensify inside the town. Now the town is in Russian hands and is becoming a supply point for Russian Equipment and reinforcements. It’s imperative that the nearby railway and bridges are destroyed to prevent the enemy from setting up a firm foothold inside the town. Topolin civilians have begun meeting in secret to plan a sabotage operation. They intend to blow up the two bridges that lead into town and the train track that leads further into the country. The civil militia will rendezvous with a team of LDF special forces. They are sent to the town to destroy sensitive data inside Topolin HQ that was left behind during the evacuation. The two groups must cooperate to achieve all objectives. *****Important***** Central, Alpha, Bravo & Wolf must be filled before Hound slots can be taken. Out of the guerrillas only group leaders have access to a radio. Both bridges do not have a damage model, placing a charge at each pillar and detonating them will be sufficient to treat the bridge as destroyed. The railroad similarly has no damage model for destruction. Placing a single charge at your desired location will be sufficient to destroy it. The Airfield and nearby Bielawa depot are therefore being evacuated. During this evacuation Bielawa deopt was attacked and taken. The depot is home to an armoured division and critical defence supplies. Due to the assault a recon team has now found itself stuck at Branzów Castle. 18. Situation Report & Mission Statement: Baltic Dawn 15:28 UTC // 15th of January 2037 // Internal defence ministry distribution only Situation On October 15th, 2036, an alliance compromising of NATO and countries from around the Pacific Ocean attacked and invaded the Horizon Islands on the premise that the Government was corrupt, developing illegal weapons and intending on using those weapons on other countries to strengthen their own position in the world. The Horizon Island were a protectorate of CSAT and occupied the island under cover of a training mission. UK special forces, deployed ahead of the invasion to investigate the accusations and facilitate landings, clashed with Horizon Island and CSAT forces resulting in an international incident. These skirmishes escalated into tensions between NATO and CSAT. By the time the invasion force had landed on the Island surrounding events had already led to a third world war, a global conflict between NATO and CSAT. Countries across the world have chosen sides. Russia is one of the exceptions; they decided not to pick a side. Regardless of their choice to remain neutral Russa has been massing troops along its European border countries of Chernarus and Livonia. A build up that has been occurring well before the conflict broke out. With NATO now occupied on other fronts Livonia is concerned of a possible invasion from Russia. They have ramped up their military recruitment to facilitate its home defence as well as deployments across borders. Chernarus meanwhile, is attempting maintain it’s neutrality but is feeling the pressure from its neighbour. The Chernarus government is currently discussing its options. Either apply to NATO, declare total neutrality, or seek closer relations with Russia. The Kremlin supports their military build-up as a response to the global conflict and a preparedness to defend its territory. While troop movements would support such a claim it’s odd how the number of forces in the west outweigh the numbers to the south and east bordering on arguably more hostile neighbours. While NATO is a threat to Russia the western coalition has been clear that they will let Russia be so long as no meddling occurs with NATO members. CSAT on the other hand is a greater one. Having used their application to CSAT to access and leak sensitive documents the coalition has denied Russia partnership and CSAT member nations have broken several treaties and trade deals with the country. Livonia is a member of NATO. As such they are also participating in the conflict. Most of their current armed forces are being deployed to deal with Belarus, a CSAT member, on their south-eastern border. The remaining number of soldiers are not sufficient to for home defence, especially since Livonia is also expected to offer troops for a campaign in Turkey. For this reason, Livonia has ramped up recruitment greatly. Current projections indicate that active-duty personnel will number in the 60.000 within the next 3 months. Additionally, plenty of civilian defence militias exist and while most of these have joined the military plenty of militia groups exist on the border regions. Eagle company is one of the newly trained units. They will be deployed to Turkey when training is complete. There they will be fighting along Turkish, French, and German forces retaking occupied Turkish territory. First, they will need to complete mechanized training on home soil, then receive climate training for the Mediterranean on Altis & Stratis. This situation report will follow Eagle company’s 3rd platoon as they progress through these stages. on January 17th Russian forces have begun an invasion of western Livonia. Most regions are currently fighting an overwhelming force to varying degrees of success. It is not yet clear what Russia's goal exactly is but experts believe it's annexation. All forces currently stationed within Livonia are to remain there to aid in the defence. Factions LDF Civilian Militia Russian Federation Belarus Civilians Mission objective Defend the country. SITREP Mission Progress Notes -Russia has invaded. -NATO is sending a German Detachment our direction. It will take some time to get here so we must hold out until then. - The Nadbor region, where we are located, is holding out for now but gradually losing territory. - A hundred soldiers, mostly support elements, have been captured when the Airfield was captured. -Topolin infastructure has been blown up by Livonian guerrillas preventing Russians from setting up a supply base there. -A special forces team managed to gather intel on a massive assault planned by Russian forces. Now that we know it is coming we can prepare for the attack. A vehicle column that was supposed to spearhead the attack has already been destroyed by artillery thanks to this information. -The General in charge of the Nadbor front. Vladislav Brev, has been shot by a sniper team. We are unsure if he survived as his body was retrieved by the helicopter he was exfiltrating in. -Several SAM sites around the western front have been destroyed freeing up airspace for our fighter jets and helicopters. -An artillery position has been destroyed reducing the IDF our forces are receiving. Any Further questions regarding the current situation may be directed at the officer by responding in the thread below.

We now know where the Spetsnaz are headed and can confirm they are in the possession of the nuclear cores. On top of that a UAV terminal found at the Safehouse allowed us access to their UAV’s. turns out they were spying on us with drones and a sniper team in the woods to the north. With those taken care of we still have access to one drone feed at the Marwey Airport. We’ve seen they are in possession of a C130 and have plans to use it to get the cores out of here and beyond our reach. As of now Spetsnaz have been smart enough to detail the exact whereabouts of the cores. All we can find on this is that they are being kept save in a civilian compound in the jungle ready to be driven out by convoy when the signal is given. The cores are hidden inside three bedrolls. We would have asked help from the civilian population with finding this convoy but due to the destruction of a civilian communication tower last op few are willing or able to reach us.
