  2. The current artificial intelligence isnt particularly bright, so i have few suggestions on altered gameplay for OPFOR. My first suggestion is "Spetsnaz". Small player group (maybe around 5 players) with their own small outpost for equipping, with sole purpose to sabotage bluefor teams attacks on AO's and side missions and if they attempt to enter certain radious of bluefor base they die. They could potentially have teleport pole to enter AO's quicker as paratroopers, which costs them lack of backpack or simply use unarmed ORCA to travel, which can be spotted and shotdown by bluefor. My second suggestion is "Command" for the OPFOR. I dont know how exactly the large scale command works with the AI, but if possible have an command seat for admins only to coordinate the AI's defenses and assaults. My third suggestion is to have patrol routes for some of the opfor units at the missions. The opposition tends to be idle until they hear gunshots nearby. The first suggestion is something i think might change the gameplay a bit and wont make them game pvp centric and if possible have player limit restriction before Spetsnaz players can deploy, so server has time to fill before facing minor pvp.

I sort of had the similar idea, but i think we should be using AAF equipment instead of enemies, since their helicopters are pretty essential for current air lift operations, in otherwords the Mohawk (smaller helos carrying tanks would be kind of freaky). Wy-55 Hellcat = British Lynx helicopter FV-720 Mora = British FV-510 Warrior IFV MBT-52 Kuma = German Leopard 2 But yes some actual changes might be interesting, rather then cosmetic ones.
  4. Recent patch added few new additions to the game, so here is few suggestions. Basically the current base turns in to AAF base (in terms of vehicles), but should still contain NATO infantry equipment and NATO bonus vehicles. Air Forces : Armed Hellcat (replaces pawnee) Hellcats capability for troops transportation and counter-measures makes it far better choice over frail pawnee in terms of efficiency Unarmed Hellcat (replaces little bird) Probably has more capacity then little bird and has counter-measures. Unarmed Hellcat (replaces ghost hawk) Despite ghost hawks advantage of having gunner on sides it, they tend to be miss used specially against pilots will and tends to be annoying at times. Mohawk Mohawk Ground forces : Mora IFV (replaces AMV) Mora is on equal grounds with AMV in terms of firepower, but Mora has superior maneuverability over AMV in climing difficult terrain and turning. The better speed of AMV on flat ground isnt often needed duo air lifting. Second AAF IFV (Mora or AFV-4 Gorgon) Having a second respawnable IFV would offer more mechanized infantry gameplay among the team, which doesnt often happen in the event of bonus vehicle being destroyed before its time or the long the process of getting one from the rewards.
  5. I have played Agia and Rogain on I&A during alpha & beta days and there was an issue with Agia marina, where the AI had tendency to attack spawn and spawnkill with AA launchers. If it becomes decision to choose between Altis & Stratis on EU #1, i would prefer Altis, despite i do miss the scuba action, but it can still be done at least on Pyrgos and few side missions.
  6. Dont mean to be rude, but if your unable to give effective suppressive fire without this mod your doing it wrong. Recommend trying to suppressive fire with short bursts for maximum efficiency.

[Defend AO] (Main mission) Currently all missions involve offensive operations and i would be interested to see defensive operations, so explosive experts with IED bomb tactics, placement of land mines and deployment of static weaponry will become more valid. With limited time to prepare setup and transport troops from previous mission to defend it before waves of enemies spawn to attack and should the defense fail the objective could turn to standard clear the AO mission. [supply/reinforcement convoy] (Side mission) Destroy enemy convoy before it reaches its destination. This convoy would have to consist of at least one anti-air vehicle to prevent pawnee from engaging and wiping out the convoy single handedly and the removal of ATGM UCAV also made this mission more valid scenario [Destroy jammer] (Priority target) - (if possible) Disables map assists (mainly spotting) from players to make engagement more difficult. EDIT : These missions would be added to the mission shuffle, rather then being individual missions happening at the sametime with current setup. (Example. Rather then spawning priority target - mortar team, it may spawn a priority target - jammer tower, instead).
  8. Change suggestions T-100 & Slammer I have noticed people are constantly hijacking opfor T-100 tanks during missions and often results in unintentional teamkilling. Both factions should remain in there own colors for easy identification, thus i propose adding two slammer tank spawns in HQ with decent spawntimer. Ghosthawk & Little bird I suggest ghosthawk as reward equipment and replace it with another little bird. It is good helicopter for being operated by non-pilots during aerial transportation jams (which tends to happen often). The miniguns on ghost hawk simply do not serve any real purpose during missions against current heavy enemy air defenses.
  9. My suggestion is simply to remove the computer opponents and replace them with actual players to add more layers to the gameplay. The infinite dynamic missions can still remain there to keep the action going non-stop. Opfor team would consist around 15-20 players in your 40 player servers and they could posses limited amount of spawns or only respawn once the AO has been secured and they cannot leave the AO circle. They could also have their own purchase system to buy equipment rather then having virtual ammo box and could get resources for each new AO and as well for player kills. Blufor team would remain basically the same, but with limitation to equipment with either by restrictions or purchase system.
