    Thank you for the appeal.

     

    I believe in giving second chances so will lift the ban this time, but remember if you repeat past mistakes the ban will stay permanently.

    Ban rejected again due to failure to give or admit the full truth or facts.

    You've even been reminded multiple times when you were banned and you still fail to tell the truth. That's enough chances to come clean.

    Koxowy, I'm struggling to understand how you are coming up with those numbers for the time between your ban and now. 

     

    The only logical solution I can come up with in my head is that you're getting the words "Month" and "Week" mixed up due to English not being your first language? If that is not the case then I would love for you to explain it to me so I can understand.

    As far as I know, unless you're acting as a Squad/TeamLeader the radio you need will be given to you by default when you spawn in the game. Its then simply a matter of being on the same frequency as other people in your squad.

    If problems persist you could try re-installing TFAR. Make sure you're running Arma 3 and Teamspeak as Administrator.

     

    The only other thing to try would be to join the game, if you get into the server and you're dragged into the correct TS channel it must be working, you could try reloading the plugin in TS and see if that fixes the issue.

     

    If none of that works unfortunately that is the extent of my knowledge. I'm sure somebody more familiar with the mods might be able to help though in such a case.

    I've given it some thought and have decided to give you a second chance.

     

    Although you state it was your brother who committed the offence, the account and computer belongs to you therefore it is your responsibility to make sure it stays secure. Should another instance occur in the future and you end up banned it will remain, regardless of who was using the account at the time.

    The reason you have given for being banned does not match that of our records. 

     

    I will confirm with the admin of why you were banned and make a decision based on that. In the meantime, if you know you are holding information back I strongly suggest you add it here quickly.

    Our admins make the decisions they believe to be correct under the given circumstances and we trust them to make those decisions. You then have the option to appeal as you have here and a further decision will then be made.

     

    My position on this situation is clear in the post above and once the 48 hours have passed you are more than welcome to re-join our servers.

    Firstly Jason, I appreciate you taking the time to fill the appeal out in detail.

     

    Given the situation I can understand you being irritated however in my opinion that does NOT warrant the language you used towards our staff and players. Should a situation like this happen again I would remind you to be a little more respectful and this whole aftermath can be avoided. 

     

    Fortunately for you, on this occasion the decision has been made to convert your ban from permanent to temporary(48 hours in this case) due to your clean history in the community. I would like to think it will stay that way from this point forward.

     

    Our players come here to relax and enjoy themselves, not be insulted so please remember that in future and you'll be fine.

    Hey Daimyo.

     

    Your ban was only a temporary one anyway but seeing as you made the effort to explain yourself on the forums I will remove it early.

     

    Please in future don't spam things, if you're warned about spamming it is best to check what you're being warned for exactly :)

     

    I cannot give you any answers on the HC unfortunately.

    Hell yeah! This will be awesome! 

    Only date I can really do is October 17th if we're going for a weekend race and it would have to be an afternoon start and not evening like the league races were.

     

    Of course final date/time will be down to availability of everyone interested.
