In this appeal you were given plenty of chances to come fully clean and yet each time you replied it was simply an agreement with what Dave told you. The purpose of a ban appeal is to confess what you have done willingly and fully because you want to be unbanned and start a fresh, as such it is pointless even posting if the staff member has to tell you what you have done for you to admit to it. Based on the extensive list of offences and the failure to openly admit what you did before being pressed to do so I am going to have to conclude that on this occasion the ban will remain. - Danny (Community Referee)

I will remove the ban this time as you've been honest and it was a while ago but consider this your only warning, more behaviour like that which got you banned previously and the next ban will remain permanently.

Okay, I'm glad you understand. The reason we care about what disconnect messages say is that you are using our services, they are of course open to the public and as such we do not want to be seen as too allow the use of derogatory terminology, regardless of the instance in which it is used. I am happy to give you a second chance if in return you can agree too respect our users and not use language like that again.

I can say with almost 99% certainty that this will not happen. Reason being is simple. In the time I have been here (roughly 2 and a half years) we have run an Altis Life server 3 times, each of those times a tonne of work goes into it, a handful of community members play on there for about a month or two and then it sits empty until it eventually gets shut down again. At this point, with the other things that our staff team have to concentrate on both here in the community and IRL, I think you will struggle to find one that is willing to give up/has the time needed to get an Altis Life server started and subsequently maintained. Of course I could be totally wrong and there might be an admin who has been waiting for this very opportunity! I appreciate you coming to the forums to share your ideas for the community though - Danny

Hey Emil, I have not forgotten the last time you appealed the ban was kept in place. As it has been almost a month since your last appeal I see that you are still determined to rejoin our community. Based on your persistence I am going to take the decision to remove the ban this time. Please do not sacrifice this second chance. Take my advice from before and ensure your computer stays secure. Your complaint has been looked into and the member of staff is aware that it was not logged properly. With that being said, team-killing is not permitted on our servers under any circumstances, regardless of whether it is intended to "help" keep the servers clean. From an administration perspective it is difficult to keep track of who is team-killing for fun, who is doing it to try and carry out justice or who is just saying they're helping to escape a ban. I appreciate the effort to help if that is what you were doing however you should have contacted a member of staff if there was a problem instead of taking matters into your own hands. Seeing as this was written as a complaint no further action will be taken regarding your status on the servers. Okay so after some searching it appears that a mistake was made in the banning process of a player last night. Unfortunately, you must have been near the trouble-causer in the player list of the admin and your name was mistakenly clicked and banned, which is why I was having trouble finding you in the ban logs. I apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate you not overreacting to the situation Pelle. I hope this doesn't put you off playing on our servers and hope to see you back in there! Yes I know, you stated that in your other thread. But I asked for your UID so that I can verify in our records which ban is yours. Nothing is coming up when I search for the in-game name "Pelle", which is why I need the UID. Unless you can provide another in-game name that you may have been using at the time of the ban.
