You can find the I&A mission files either on this forum in these topics:

 

 

 

Or on your computer at the following location:

C:\Users\YourUser\AppData\Local\Arma 3\MPMissionsCache
(appdata is a hidden folder)

thanks got it, but not any full playable missions, just gives the base and such

Try running the mission on a server (lan one will do).  The missions should spawn then.
