There is no proof of any misconduct.
and please dont insult me with these lies as i quote below.

because if that was true, i would have been banned a whole lot earlier.
making accusations up doesnt make them true, no matter if your a moderator, staff member or server owner.
Dont get me wrong, i have the full respect for what you guys do for the server,
but i stand clear that i have done nothing wrong.
and with that i end this discussion untill 6 months from now

I would like to see the proof of that because that is just a down right lie.
i dont recruit, advertise at all.
because it is against the rules, i fully know that.
i have several people that can verify for me that i have not recruited or advertised.
Besides after my first ban i played for a little bit, didnt advertise, didnt recruit.
then i was gone for a really long time, and i only got back 2 days ago.
so how can i recruit or advertise in the time you guys claim i did,

when im not even there.

Why do you think you were banned? i was playing on the server since Monday (After a long while of beeing gone due to work) with Andre and some other guys again
we were just minding our buisness, and at one point Andre left, i had 2 other people in my squad, one of em was Robbie.
i saw allot of ungrouped, told them Spartan was open and free to join if they wanted for some fun and teamwork.
Cuz everytime i join the server i name my squad AFO Spartan 1st SOD
Andre however was with me in a discord call and can verify that i wassnt recruiting.

 

Why (in your personal opinion) should your ban be lifted? i never recruited anyone.
i was just telling people they could join the squad i made in the server.
I think Art3mis just took it the wrong way and it was a honest to goodnes misunderstanding.
Cuz why would i recruit on a server i love to play on, that doesnt make any sense.

Why do you think you were banned? For asking people to add me on Discord so we can play more on Ahoy World in the future as a squad,
keeping eachother posted on when we would be online and such
and if they wanted to join me on my private liberation server for a few hours and have some fun.

I have been Banned for Recruitment in Februari...
But after about 6 months of some rest and self-reflection,
i want to Re-appeal my ban.
the recruitment, wich was absolutely stupid and not intentional,
just plain stupid, and i learned my lesson...
The ban however was fair and square, well deserved.

its been just over 6 months ago...
allot has happend in the meantime...
But i still miss AhoyWorld, the people on there,
The stuff we can do on the server, missions and AO's...
So i thought i would Re-appeal my Ban...
its been about 6 months,
so, you know, here i am again...

Also i left the other server,
most of us werent playing anymore anyway...
So yeah, havent played Arma since March...
uninstalled it, cus i wassnt really enjoying it anymore
cuz i didnt had the fun anymore i used to have on ahoy world.
i might Re-install it.
I do hope i'll be welcome again though.
cause i sure did learn my lesson.
if i am allowed back, i will never do it again.
i havent got anywhere else to play anymore anyway

never asked them to join the clan im in,
i never talked bad about ahoy world to steal them away.
and we wanted to return to Ahoy World the next day again for some fun gameplay.
(this was yesterday we played on my Liberation server)
i just asked them if they wanted a change of game mode for a night.
i always follow the rules on Ahoy World with respect, and i always stick by them,
If i thought this would be concidered harmfull in any way, shape or form i wouldnt have done it.
but we were just a group of friends looking for a change from time to time.
i dont see anything wrong with that, it was all harmless.
