Why do you think you were banned? For teamkilling a pilot.

Why (in your personal opinion) should your ban be lifted? To begin with, I realize that teamkilling is not intelligent, neither to be encouraged actively but the main reason for the implementation of anti-teamkilling rules is, as rules should be in my opinion interpreted on a basis by basis outlook, to defend players from other players looking to harass, harm and upset.

What I did was make a joke with my friend (Milo, username on the server at the time was Brin.) who took it in good spirits and then left the server quite annoyed after I had been banned for making a simple joke.

To enforce what I mean by this, while I recognize I broke a rule and want to make clear I will not be breaking the said rule again under the understanding it is enforced at a very literal level, my intentions when I broke it were not meant in a harmful or trolling manner that might have been seen when I did it and I hope that therefore speaks for my character. I have a number of friends on the server that can say I am a friendly, helpful player that gets along well with most people on the server where I can and try to avoid conflict. (Kreel, GreyScaleHarlequin, Ova578) And further, losing access to the server would mean losing access to a good, reliable server that myself and my friends enjoy regularly playing. I would like the chance to be allowed back onto the server and to play once again, under the full understanding that any future breaking of the rules goes against my word here and will be met with immediate, likely and reasonably so, permanent punishment.

I would also like to add that I apologize for the remarks my friend made to Solex following my ban, his username will have been Sad and I did not ask him to do that, merely to let Solex know that it was a joke between myself and my friend Brin. I also have nothing against Solex, he simply did his job and enforced the rules which I can fully respect and appreciate.

Hello Visserin Orients, thank you for the ban appeal.

 

You were indeed banned by me for teamkilling a pilot. 

Usually we warn, then kick and or ban. But this was a instant ban because you shot a helicopter pilot in the AO at point blank distance. I was standing next to the helicopter and did not see, hear or read that it was 'joke' at the time.

 

After reading your appeal and apology I have decided to revoke the ban. 
Please make sure that you play by the rules. We are strict on them and a second ban is not something you want.
