Why do you think you were banned? well i mean it's pretty plain and clear, i made a group named 'ni**as'.

Why (in your personal opinion) should your ban be lifted? Of course, it is seen as a derogatory term, but that does not mean it's intent was to offend, and it was viewed in the wrong context. I wasn't using it offensively and never actually have. In my opinion i think the word is viewed incorrectly, and I use it as a term of friendship and unity amongst coloured people alike. I have served ban time for using the word which has made me realise that not all people have the same viewpoint as me and some people don't take lightly to this issue. When someone in the server told me that they felt offended, I did remove it, and they appreciated that, which was why the ban caught me quite of guard. Of course I understand why i was banned; racism is a disgusting thing, but what I was doing was not racism, but I do acknowledge that it was use of a derogatory term (although I don't see it that way along with a lot of other people I know). Ultimately I think my ban should be lifted because it was not racism in anyway and I have served ban time for using a controversial term, and I don't think a single use of a 'bad word' should result in permanent ban. Fair enough if I had done such a thing before, but I haven't.

When were you banned: I think it was around 14th of April, but I'm not sure because for some reason my previous appeal page isn't loading fully.
