Do you mean getting this mod for EU1? Because the ATragMX already exists in EU3 and I love it But for EU1 I think it is not necessary since vanilla ballistics apply, so it would not make much sense.

For EU#3 (hence the reason it's in the EU#3 section!)

 

I was unaware it was in EU#1, I haven't played that in a couple months.

I thought of EU#1, because the ATragMX is already on EU#3. You can find it in the Arsenal in the "Misc. Tools" Section(don't know if the section name is correct)

How do you use it?  I have it in my inventory as a marksman and it doesn't come up under self-interaction.

You can assign a hot key under Configure>Configure Addons>ACE3 equipment(or any one of those options). I have AtragMX on Ctrl+H and Kestrel on Ctrl+K. Also one little thing that may also help is that keep the AtragMX in your uniform rather than your plate carrier or backpack in order for it to show up on the self-interaction menu.
