Hi everyone!

 

Loving playing with a great bunch of guys that are friendly and work so well as a team. It's what made me keep coming back once I discovered your Arma3 servers.  Usually I join late on a Friday / Saturday when the kids are asleep and the other half is out or watching recordings of wannabe pop rivals, perfect houses or Peter Andre's life.

 

I'm in the UK, and to give you an idea of my vintage I started gaming online FPS with the original HL/Counterstrike (I think it was something like CS beta 2 at that time) over a 56k dialup modem with massive lag spikes to throw off your aim!

 

I love playing any of the infantry classes in Arma3 and really appreciate the dedication and patience of the pilots in their airborne taxis (except when power lines render just in front of their cockpit 5min+ into flight).

Damn, CS on dialup must have been a complete bitch! The hit registration is bad enough even now on CS:GO with a Fibre connection! Haha

Oh I remember those days, except BT told us we had a new dedicated land line for dial up but it was actually a split line.  So for years I was playing at half bandwidth.  Still, good times.
