A grey arsenal slot means that something in that class is not available it might be that something in the vas is not on the arsenal try making a class from the ground up on the arsenal and the weapon config error is beyond me I don't understand that stuff.
After a quick but of research the weapon.cfg is a common error it is just a result of using scripts and it seems to have no effect on client stability lots of people tend to get it.

its the latest update the shacktac plugin/server should get an update that disables this will take time tho. like all updates bohemia interactive releases it brings plenty of bugs.

Thats great i was freaking out looking for bt updates if you want to test this theory change your avatar to lets say an apple then disconnect from the TS then rejoin and nobody should be able to see the apple

30033 is the defult port for ts avatars ect i belive my problem is that i clear cache on exit meaning all of the avatars i have loaded are deleted i belive that this will be a problem for new people when they join the TS. i belive that the ts was not configered correctly or the avatars are not being sent on the 30033 port. but im a bambi when it comes to tech so i would like to see what people think.

I recently started having TeamSpeak trouble at first I thought it was a closed port on my router or maybe a client side problem but I am starting to think that it is server side and caused by the latest update I am not receiving any packets from the 30033 port (controls avatars and server groups) I can join other servers and groups avatars etc. load normally but on the AW TS nothing will load.
I believe I am the only one getting this problem because I clear cache on exit. -
Some of the vest offer different amounts of protection i build my loadouts around the spc vests because they are light and the best armor tho some people are abusing armored fatigues that offer 40% more bullet protection

I joined this community a few months ago and one of the major selling points was that the server was not passworded that there was no recruitment or requirement other than the ability to listen it makes the server practically plug and play for someone looking for an arma 3 group that is worth its time (the type of people AW wants) a server i can join and leave ten minuites in if the gameplay is not to my liking is a great way to hook new players.

Was looking for a modded server with a decent comunity after seeing how bad the jsoc staff were i found AW and have never looked back

Currently you only have to worry about ground troops as any airborn infantry have to sacrafice so much equipment that they are only usefull in a skirmish as they would run out of ammo in actual battles. i would want arma 4's system to be changed like c130's with slots for vehicles if not parachutes that you can wear over your backpack then maybe ammo boxes that can be dropped from the c130 without using the buggy slingloading system they leaves helicopters exposed to rpg's

Can't do much without more info inside your ts client there is an option to open a log (can't remember what it is exactly called) but screenshots of any errors will help massively.
Would help more if I could but my PC is dead right now so I'm posting this with my phone.
