    Thank you guys for the feedback, it is very important to know! I believe I went too over emotional about this, but seriously... it was sooo awesome! My mind captured everything better than the Fraps does. Going over this moments again I have to say the team were so great its like we played for many years together and I recommend everyone should try that experience.  :)

    Just want to share my experience.

     

    Yesterday right after the gamenight I joined as a simple rifleman and ended up being a squad leader with eight men under my hood under the heavy fire from all directions. Perhaps wrong decisions were made trying to save the souls pushing alongside the riverbed to the nearest cover. One unsuccessful attempt of breaking through an enemy circle, retreating back to the river, a lot of fire and I mean that was The Heaviest Firefight in Arma 3 I have ever experienced. Later I passed out. With no medicals left my team were trying to save me, someone was carrying me to the safety. I heard a rotors. A minute later I bled out to death inside the helicopter.

     

    So much drama. Later that evening I thought if I did all right and if everyone else has made it through. SO much responsibility. Won't do a leadership again.

    Modern tanks are the tit-for-tat for modern anti-tank weapons. For every new tank mod (IRL) they make a new anti-tank weapon. So as for any new anti-tank weapon they make a new tank mod. Its a huge struggle between the two. We seen a lot videos how easy it is to destroy an old tank with a new rocket and heard a lot of stories how hard it is to destroy a new tank with an old rockets. I strongly believe Arma 3 should implement the same behavior regarding the armored vehicles and not based just on a plain damage numbers. Tank crew skills are +50 to the tank survival if tactics and AT-defenses are combined properly. IMO

    We use GMT/UTC for all events to avoid confusion with summer time because GMT/UTC never changes. Your own time zone will change compared to it due to daylight savings, but that's on you to easily figure out. 

     

    So the time is very specific, 1530 GMT/UTC. My time zone is GMT+4 and we don't have daylight savings here so I know what time it starts for me. GMT +3 for you would mean the event starts at 1830 your time.

    Yesterday I robbed my grandmother for her favorite cozy armchair and sold it on the ebay for the money enough to buy GTA 5.

     

    - Joined AW

    -Tried to join team (failed) x5 times

    -Tried to join friend (failed) x 3 times

    - Joined the public with 25 people. x100 times

    - Every moving creature is trying to kill me with some serious weapons. x100 times

    - 10 minutes later everyone leaves the server. x100 times.

     

    GTA 5 doesn't like me.  :(

    Can't connect to EU#3 anymore

    Since the last repo update I can't connect to the EU#3 anymore. It goes with the "Session lost" within 3 seconds after I press "Join". Looks like I'm non-granted person any longer.  :( What shall I do?

     

    Edit: Today is my 2d-year in Ahoy service anniversary! :)

    Since I'm familiarized myself with this server [not enough yet tho] I can contribute a bit more into a fire team/squad survivability as a field medic, MG, AT, Arty, or engineer. Would prefer to go with Mini, but tank's turret will melt my mouse down wile doing 180 deg turn...

    Hi everyone,

     

    Today I got BE: Admin Ban on all Ahoy servers because of a lot of TKs.

    I know that it will sound absurd but it looked damn bugged to me. Strangely my name appeared after the words "... was killed by ..." then someone or something were raping the spawn while I was calmly sat inside the grounded transport chopper with the engines off. I was not lagging at the moment (45 ping and around 300+ bandwidth) and played for about 3 hours on this server as a pilot before THIS happened. 

     

    Understand it sounds strange but that exactly what happened.  :unsure:

     

    I'm the big fan of Arma series and Arma 3 supporter, played since OFP Demo and on Ahoy servers since Arma 3 Alpha, so it would be too childish and silly for me to do something like that... even by a mishap. 

     

    I'll leave this to your consideration.

     

    I promise next time to use Fraps, will be easier to prove myself.

    Dodge My Bullets old dummies!

    Hi all!

     

    Real action is stronger than any addiction! Big ArmA supporter since OFP 2001 (random servers) -  "LOL" server under DodgeMyBullet (2006 - 2009), imprisoned for couple of years and finally back to action! :) I hope to get along with all of you guys! You all seems as a great team! See you all freaking out inside AW.
