However every time I want to donate (using different computers and browsers) Paypal says: experienced technical difficulties. Any clue how I can solve this? MessedUpSmiley Posted June 27, 2016 Share Posted June 27, 2016 There's some topics on the PayPal forums of people having the same problem and some of them state they use the SMS authenticator aswell; see if you can switch the SMS authenticator off and try again.
