Or is it supposed to be only spawning default Arma vehicles? Sent from my SM-G935F using a phone app that is really irritating because it constantly advertises itself. GhostDragon Posted June 27, 2017 Share Posted June 27, 2017 Gauntlet Kerama 53_114 is live with the following changes: 1) changed base Vortex pilot classes from helicopter pilot / co-pilot to B_Pilot_F to align with ACE G-Force coding 1a) turns out the Pilot suits DO give you greater G-Force protection, not an urban myth, but you must be Pilot class (B_Pilot_F) 2) revised how opfor units spawn, should (hopefully) result in less vehicle destruction on spawn 3) Changed Kerama base so players can't (easily) drive vehicles into spawn area 4) Added Rhino to arsenal for blufor (really, Teddy, really?) 5) Added extra code for Zeus detection, should (hopefully) fix inability to go zeus after reslot Sent from my ONEPLUS A3003 using a phone app that is really irritating because it constantly advertises itself. Adding on to this, when re-slotting people were not able to do this from the lobby directly, instead they had to fully disconnect from the server and connect again in order to have the ability to re-slot. Version: Gauntlet 53_115 (possibly, as was run last night) Mission: Lythium Bug: Large amounts of EI spawning in base, as well as BTRs spawning and immediately being destroyed. Description: Huge numbers of EI spawning in base. 2-3 squad sized elements mostly, some larger some smaller. With 3 people online last night the EI were running through towards the spawn area so we had to resort to drastic measures to get rid of them (read, we took an LAV-25 to them) Version: Gauntlet 53_115 (same time as the other was noticed) Mission: Lythium Bug: ASL Artillery not firing Description: Countdown starts as normal, but the artillery immediately calls rounds complete and nothing ever lands on the target regardless of the shell type or number fired. Yeah, in Lythium 115 Ryko did a bad and removed the base protection zones so that I could reorganize the base composition. Base protection zones are large objects that invariably get selected when you want to select something else, so I removed them so I could work more easily, and forgot to put them back. Ambient AI reference a base protection zone - ie., if players are within 1600m of any base protection zone, they're not considered as valid targets for ambient AI. So not having them meant open season for ambient AI! Fixed in 53_115a, which the server now defaults to. Quote Bug: ASL Artillery not firing Since either the Jets or Malden DLC updates the AI module hasn't been working properly (other players in other communities have also reported things like the helicopter extraction module doesn't work). I also haven't liked how the module works (the addAction spam is pretty awful)... so I built my own function and integrated it with ACE. Some dead civilians also close to dead BMP, apparently not hostages though since the mission did not fail. A couple of instances of AI trying to shoot through walls in the AO. Honestly, it really isn't, it just can't be slammed into the floor like some other jets. I agree with Benjamin, a neophron is a decent middle ground. We had a few issues where when someone would leave or if one of them got kicked out due to connection or a steam error, they would leave AI in their place.
