Why do you think you were banned?: putting mines on the runway

 

Why (in your personal opinion) should your ban be lifted?: I was still fairly new to the game when I joined the server, in-fact it was the first one I joined, I found out about it from youtube and it looked like a fun server. I am more familiar with the game and the server rules and would like to give the server a proper go.

 

Which administrator banned you (ArmA 3 only)?: no clue

You can check my hours played and the date I logged on to your server.

 

Ban reason is as stated by the server message.

 

I guess some things are beyond your capability of comprehension and am disappointed that a server that seemed so* fun is run by such pompous individuals.

I forgot to add, time has no impact on the lifting of the ban, but considering you wished to be unbanned, it occured you would be checking it every couple of hours.

A: I don't remember appealing for 3 people.

 

B: The time was provided after I was called "not truthful".

 

C: According to your Teamspeak "admins" it was implied that getting a response would take the course of the weekend and not a "few hours" I had specifically asked when to check for replies. Not to mention going through the trouble to make a profile and go through the demanded procedure and make a post about it. I'd say you continuing to make assumptions about me, my credibility and my wishes is rather rude.

 

I will not try to suck you dick for an appeal like the vast majority of actual liars that beg and get appeals, and I will not give you any respect as you haven't given any, enjoy your pompous beg thread.

Judging by your the careless name you picked and the fact that you seemingly did not put any effort into finding out which administrator actually banned even though:
- You knew about Teamspeak

- You most likely knew the admins name would also be listed in the ban message.

I would conclude that your first post is nothing but an expeditious effort to get unbanned quickly, whilst even not being completely truthful trying to pull it off.

After finding out you had not been completely truthful in your appeal; Zissou (the banning admin) actually decided to give you another chance; which you seemingly turned down - judging by the fact that you didn't respond for about a day whilst you could respond to the other posts on fairly quick notion and the fact that you have been online for the entire time I've been reading this through and writing this all up.

Then all that's left for to do is for our community referee, whose mental capabilties we all have no doubt about - apart from you then - is to pass a final sentence. Seeing you weren't truthful and not responding to the request to be truthful; there was nothing left to do but deny your appeal.

After him having denied your post without insulting you or your capabilities in any way, you then put up some excuses and more show of what a small effort you are actually putting into trying to get unbanned by saying that the ban reason should be listed in the ban message, which we were already fully aware of and had taken into aspect whilst giving you another chance to come clean. Then you decide to get on his and everyone's bad side by calling him retarded.

David even tries you make you realise that the error was in your ways and not in the way you or your appeal were treated, because you were the one that broke the rules and should look for reconciliation. And NOT anyone else.

PERO then gives you some more facts you as examples for things you could've listed in your appeal to make it appear to be more truthful, whilst being slightly disrespectful - which I don't see a problem about seeing you basically called him retarted already. He also makes sure to say that the time you spend on the server does not affect the way you get treated for such severe crimes with probably premeditated motives; concluded from the fact you were doing this all as part of a 3-man group.

You then fail to realise he's actually giving you examples of how your appeal should've looked like, that the time which he was talking about was not the time you were allowed to have to respond to the request to be truthful with us and furthermore say that us making - actually valid- assumptions about you and your creditibility is rude - whilst you've already called someone a retard not even a day ago.
But then again...
