Paste the file into the folder "Missions", under your Arma3 folder, for example: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Arma 3\Missions Once in game, you should be able to go to Play -> Scenarios, and the mission should be there. If you don't want dozens of AI running around, you can paste it into "MPMissions" instead, load up a local server, and run it that way.
