Help using mods with AW invade and annex missions!

Hi Guys,

 

I am very new at actually running a server even though I have been playing arma since the very first installment. I have rented a server and I have successfully installed the AW invade and annex mission which I always found amazing to play.

 

However, I have also installed a few mods (CBA_A3, Russian Armed Forces, USA Armed Forces, etc)... the question is:

 

HOW CAN I MAKE THE MODS CONTENT BE USABLE WITHIN THE INVADE AND ANNEX MISSION?

 

The reason for my question is because when I get into the server, even with all mods properly installed in the server, I can't see the content in the virtual arsenal at all... Do I have to include this content in the mission via config file?
