Ahoy PVP/Tournament

I was thinking it could be kinda cool if ahoy world started a server where just basic pvp missions could go on or teams from the community could battle it out in occasional tournaments e.g something like endgame which they held this year.

I think people would be interested in a PvP server, aye.

There might be hackers though.

 

Suggestion would be making a poll, but only after admin's approvement, since there's no reason to make a poll about something that might be denied anyway.

I like the idea of PvP in arma, Its really good fun when playing it on the EU3 server. I think Luetin is planning on doing many more of these PvP zeus mission nights so i dont think there is need for another server

I may be wrong but I think EU5 was a PvP server, it dieded though, converted or just deleted.

 

Non the less, pvp would be interesting but it's better leaving it to Eu3 gamenight sessions rather than getting an entire server for it.

A tournament would actually be a really nice change of pace.

 

But what would you want to see in it? A series of End Game matches of 5v5, 10v10, or tiny 1v1 duels in confined space? A timed mission versus AI for each round, and the fastest team / player wins? Question is if that's proper PvP, then.

 

But I like the idea. We should give this some thought.

Feel free to make a poll about it as we're all ears. The likelyhood however is the playable areas would be small enabling you to jump in and out and it wouldn't require heavy planning.
